Great experience , staff is extremely helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Also love that the hotel is pet friendl. Great service. The staff here provide great service and are extremely helpful. The location is pet friendly and that is great. Also the location is convenient to shopping and public transportation. Great stay

Outstanding Hotel I have been here for an Extended Stay, longer than I anticipated but the consistency of services have been outstanding. The cleanliness of the environment is a big plus for me. The professionalism of the staff has been, friendly, supportive & overall above board in meeting my needs as a client. Internet & continental breakfast is a plus every morning. I would highly recommend this location….

Great Stay! Great customer service, clean and spacious rooms. Monique, Willie, and LaDona are the best! Ms. Lacy is great too! Enjoying my stay so far! Breakfast is grab and go and very convenient. No complaints.

Disgusting. Sleep in your car Since I was visiting my daughter for Thanksgiving I called ahead to ensure I would not have a problem because we travel with 2 large dogs. I was told it would not be a problem. When I checked in they told me only one dog was allowed and had to be under 40 pounds. They refused to budge so I left to find another place to stay on the Sunday night before Thanksgiving. My wife, however wanted to try again and as she was talking to the desk clerk someone left a room with two dogs and one of them was large. So they decided to let us stay. The room was not clean. The rug on the floor had 2 large holes in it and crumbs from someone's food. We didn't have to look far or long. We found the Candlewood Suites in McDonough took us the next day and allowed us to check in early. (see my review of the Candlewood for more info).
