A Very Pleasant Surprise! Attended a wedding in the area and most of the out of town guests stayed at this hotel in Mt. Laurel. Although previous reviews indicated a lot of renovation going on and some discomfort, my immediate family which had 3 rooms, were extremely satisfied. The rooms were immaculate and totally renovated. Clean crisp sheets, plenty of pillows, a full size refrigerator, microwave, new sofa bed, etc. I am a senior, well travelled, and extremely fussy about the mattress not being too hard; this one was perfect. Light sensors under the bed made it especially easy to get up at night and not trip. After wedding, we and other bridal parties went to the bar. Because it also opens to the lobby it made it seem less crowded. Bartenders were fast, gracious, and managed to keep all of the tabs straight. Checking in and out was easy and Jacqueline was especially helpful. Definitely would recommend.

Care about your job Was completely misled by the Sales Representative who seemed more interested by her phone instead of the questions I had to ask. Curt, rude, and left me wanting to run for the door instead of staying…. Fallen off big time…. I would not recommend this Hilton at all….

Below the Hilton standard, amenities and hotel condition... Heated Spa was broken, the swimming pool was warmer than the spa... staff called for maintenance but no one showed up. Stayed in a king suite and there was only 1 tiny waste can in the entire unit. The Shampoo and conditioner pump in the shower is about 6 feet high, I am 5'7 and i needed to stretch both of my arms up to be able to pump it. Missing electronic plug units, housekeeping knocks on the door each morning (7am) to check if the guest are still in the room. Fire alarms was being tested on both days that we are there- in the morning! Minimal toiletries provided in comparison to other Hilton Hotels...I will not book or stay in this Hotel again, definitely not recommended!!!

Fallen Far in Recent Years I have been staying here several times a year for over 25 years but this past weekend will be my last. Since the hotel reopened after the pandemic, the property is sagging and the clientele is sketchy. For a Hilton property at this price point, I expect: a room that has not been smoked in, ice machines that work, room furniture that doesn't look worn and stained with who knows what. The final straw however may be seen in the attached photo from the lobby. A man (seen at left at the bar) commandeered a couch for himself and his dog. The man, barefoot, was ordering hamburgers to feed to his dog on the couch in addition to the bowls of nasty looking food and water placed there. This was in full view of the front desk. As I was waiting in the lobby for a travel companion to arrive, I watched this unfold for about 20 minutes. The hotel staff ignored this disgusting spectacle occurring directly in front of them and said nothing to the man. A word to the wise - pass on this place, there are many hotels in Mount Laurel and you can easily do better.

Misleading about the indoor Pool and Loud I specifically booked here because of the pool, for my toddler who loves water. Although I recieved at least 5 messages before my check in date about the brand new fitness center they omitted any mention about the state of the pool. It was an indoor pool but it was FREEZING, the loungers were broken and the floor grimy and cracked. We did our best but it was just too unbearable, then someone at the front desk suggested that it was under repair and thats why it was so cold but I could not get a straight answer when I asked them about the temperature. False advertising- if your pool is broken say so, dont mislead guests. Further, our first night it was LOUD, the walls and doors are so thin that we heard our loud neighbors still partying until 3am, after driving for 3 hours we were exhausted and wanted to SLEEP. They claimed there was a quiet hour policy after 10PM but despite calling down to reception the noise continued. After an awful first night of barely sleeping, I went down to the reception to complain, they comped our breakfast as a gesture and then I realized all the people behind me in line also had complaints and were getting "vouchers" comped. It was just disappointing and I told them I would not book there again, honestly not worth the nearly $600 we spent for a 3 night stay ...
