My visit was cancelled, due to the cancelling of the conference I was to attendb because of Covid19.. Well, I hadn't heard anything back after cancelling my room as my conference was cancelled, so I called. Apparently the hotel is is some kind of reduced staff, as the menu cycled me back thru. I reached a perseon at the reservations and came to believe that he was off site reservation agency. I don't know that for a fact but I got that feeling. He said he would send an email to his contact at the hotel and took my name and phone number. Thinking that would go nowhere, I was pleasantly surprised when I received a call the next morning. I was in the yard and didn't pick up, but a nice lady explained everything to me and allayed my fears. That was nice and I wanted to let the public know. Trust is a big deal and now I trust these folks are straight shooters . Thank you.

Coco Key in New Jersey I took my granddaughters to Coco Key in Mt Laurel, NJ to the Hotel ML. The hotel and restaurant staff was wonderful. The food in the restaurant was very good. The water park was clean. The kids had a wonderful time. We did not eat in the water park. Remember to bring ID with your CC since they required picture ID. There are lockers. The ones in the park worked with a CC. The ones in the locker room did not work with cash or CC. The family locker fits everything easily.

Wedding at merion Rooms were old. Staff difficult to reach. Food bad. Loud room parties. Kid based place. No concierge room available. Pick another hotel. This is definitely on a low level with little interest in higher

Aged but comfortable We stayed at the hotel for the coco key water park. The room needs to be updated but I called the front desk for two issues I had in my room and guess what the response was very fast and they took care of those issues I would give it 5 stars. The water park was fun for the little kids.

Wonderful last minute choice! We were booked at a hotel across the street originally, and it was disgusting! So we went on the Hotel Tonight app and found this hotel! It was beautiful, and the staff was very friendly. The rooms are clean and modern. Very impressed with this hotel!
