Great Hotel Great hotel. Great staff. Easy going vibes. I can't wait to return. Food was great. Location is so close to everything. Very happy that we went and got to enjoy each other and the peaceful Pocono mountains. We booked a suite. Buffet was also great.

Date Night from Jersey We are driving home now, and my husband said, "I honestly was impressed and enjoyed the lodge!" "Me too!" Was my reply. We weren't sure what to expect. But we had a great room - a quiet deluxe king. We enjoyed delicious, reasonably priced cocktails poolside service. Showered and dressed to spend just a little bit at the slots. (No, we didn't win, but a slot with a roulette wheel goes awhile on 50 bucks!) Then we topped our night off with a very tasty late night burger at Guy Ferrari's ( open 24 hours). In the morning, we drove in to Jim Thorpe for a stroll and to eat lunch. It was a really nice date!

Youngman at the front desk was rude!!!! The young man Randolph at the front desk was nothing short of rude. People book hotels through 3rd parties all the time. I have used BJ travel for years and never had a problem. Unfortunately, this young man had a problem with the information I received. Senior citizens should never be treated rudely. We were staying there for a week. If the drive there wasn't so long and we were tired. I would have left. Someone else working helped us, and we decided to stay.

Best Casino in NE. Pa.!! I have to say that Mt. Airy is my favorite casino in the Northeast PA. The moment I enter the Casino my heart pumps with excitement. I love the feel of this casino and the staff who are so welcoming! I do not always win but I come knowing how much money I can afford to loose...this is called gambling. You win some and you lose some. You can not do a review of a casino based on always winning...that is not fair. I call Mt. Airy home. I have met some wonderful fellow players and we have a great camaraderie and lifetime of best friends.Do not come here to always expect to win but enjoy the people, sights and sounds that a wonderful casino can offer. Also the gifts and perks of membership certainly beats out other local casinos. I chose Mt. Airy hands down!!

Same Room as Previous Review Our room overlooked a rooftop, A/C units, etc. Not nice. But, we had received 2 nights comped, so I guess we can't complain. Wish we could have used the refrigerator in the room. Very clean, housekeeping every day. Comfy bed and pillows. Need better lighting in the bathroom. Would have given 5 stars, but the slot machines were VERY tight.
