Buyer beware - hotel does not honour reservations if there is a big conference in town! Prepaid reservation for 2 nights. Flight in was delayed, so only checked in the next morning, only to be told that my room had been resold. Hotel refused any sort of service credit or refund, forcing me 20 miles away to a shady motel for $450. Disgraceful practice, and wont now touch this hotel or brand again.

Nice hotel The guy at the front desk was very nice. The location is good with a lot of places to eat about three blocks away. It’s an easy walk to them. The hotel is very clean. The elevators are old and slow. It’s a standard hotel for this chain. It’s nothing fancy but is clean. It’s not the quietest hotel around if you are a light sleeper. Overall though it’s pretty nice.

Typical Hampton but extra basic breakfast. Clean, comfortable, good service. Very bare bones breakfast even for a Hampton. After all it's California, home of growing produce and the only fruit was bananas and red delicious apples. Other Hamptons have melon or berries etc. On the plus side, I had asked for an extra comforter to be in the room for our late arrival and it was.

DO NOT STAY HERE DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. We are Hilton Honor Diamond members and had a problem with a reservation and incorrect charge at this hotel. There is only one person that can help with incorrect billing issues, the hotel manager. This manager was on vacation for weeks and no one else could help. She did not return our call when she returned, even with repeated messages. Upon calling again she was rude, refused to reverse the charge even though we had documented information with Hilton Honors that it should have not been charged. We wasted hours trying to get this resolved and she definitely does not believe in customer service. Thankfully Hilton Honors is great and is going to refund us directly. DO NOT STAY HERE BECAUSE IF YOU HAVE AN ISSUE THE MANAGER WILL NOT HELP.

Would Stay Here Again - GREAT Service Great service by the night manager during check in and at 5:15 AM when we checked out. He and the lady that came in to start setting up for breakfast (which does not start until 6AM) we kind enough to put together a simple "to go bag" so we'd have a little something to eat on our way to the airport for an early flight. (about 30 minutes to the airport at that time in the morning.) The room was clean and comfortable. If back in the Bay area, I would definitely stay here again.
