Great Place Great place to stay. Convenient location. Friendly staff. Traveling with my grandchildren and was pleased with being able to have a safe feeling.

Close to mtsu My daughter and I stayed here for her orientation at MTSU. The updated room was clean, friendly staff, and convenient location. I recommend Chuy’s for dining. The hotel breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. We will be back!

Excellent all around! Beautiful interior and exterior, location was convenient to highway and gas stations, staff were extremely helpful and friendly, very clean all around, beds comfortable, breakfast provided was excellent w/multiple options. The only thing we didn’t have time for was the pool as we had a later check in and left quite early, but it looked nice as well! Definitely worth the price. BEST hotel experience my family has had in a VERY long time.

Harassment by front desk employee and not clean Event was on July 21st 2024 at 8 to 9 pm we were harassed The front desk employee was extremely rude and harassed my family about getting clean towels.. He asked in a very nasty tone "what we are going to use additional towels for." We explained we needed them for the room to bathe. We had to use the first set to walk on the filthy carpet that was wet and smelly. The room was filthy and very dirty. The room was not clean and we had to purchase clorox disinfectant wipes.He threatened us if the towels get stained they would charge for them even though the towels were old and worn with holes. The television didn't work. We asked for a corporate number and he refused to give it to us. We asked his name and he refused. Never stay here its not clean and the guy at the front desk harasses about towels Mattresses are stained. Hair in the drain. Garbage wasnt emptied. Musty smelling hallways and room. Air conditioner dented. This hotel is not new. Furniture worn.

Very nice This is one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in. It is up to date, clean, friendly. It is where we'll be staying on future trips.
