Warning Scam- DO NOT STAY HERE We have a family of seven. When I saw the photos that you had listed on your website and location to the beach we were very excited for our stay. That quickly changed as soon as we And saw the condition of the hotel. I feel that the photos were very misleading. And the quality and cleanliness of facility were not up to standard even for cheap motel. Our rooms had a very funky mildew smell in them. There were no actual blankets (just sheets) on any of the rock hard beds. The coach had so many stains on it no one wanted to sit on it. There were stains on the sheets and we asked on 3 seperate occasions to have them changed and were told houskeeping would be up and never did. There were dirt/handprint marks on the doors and walls all over. The deadbolt on the door was broken. The bathroom door could not open all the way do to the door hitting the exhaust fan. We tried to spend as little time as possible in these filthy rooms. The elevator had rotting trim pieces and holes exposing the inside of the elevator. The photos make it look like there is a bar area... there is not this area is filled with boxes. The windows were so dirty you could barley see through them. When we got down to the pool it was GREEN! There is no spa. The hot tube was cloder than the pool. The "lazy river ride" had no tubes. There were drainager grates that were flipped over exposing screws. The pool towel were the itchiest/crunchiest towel I have ever used. We had a great time in Myrtle Beach but your facility was a huge disappointment. The amount of money that we were charged based on the photos that were listed seemed reasonable. However after being there, I truely feel that your hotel is a scam and everyone should tryely know what they are getting when they book this dump. My children were scared to stay there. *****Update: now I have followed up via email with my issues. They responded very quickly with "We are still unable to retrieve any details in our system. Please share the correct booking ID or phone number associated with the reservation so that we can assist you accordingly" after supplying my name, phone number, dollar amount charged, last for of my card, dates we stayed, location we stayed at, room number, booking confirmation screen shots.... i have emailed 4 times total now and have not received another reply and it has been over a week. Do not spend your money here! This place is a scam. BBB will be getting a report as well!

Horrific experience Let me start with the good, it has beach access and the price was reasonable. Now the bad, it is dirty, I have pictures showing a piece of fruit that was on the elevator floor the entire weekend. I asked for clean towels and was told I had to bring the dirty ones down before they would give clean ones. (from the 8th floor) This is super inconvenient. The towels were dollar tree quality. We did not have a full couch just a chaise lounge with no pillows. It was hard and dirty. The bed clunked with every movement and was hard as a brick. There is no place to dine on the property(false advertisement) The staff not friendly or helpful. Such a disappointment. Don't even waste your money!

terrible hotel this has got to be the worst hotel i ever stayed at... family vacation celebrating daughter beating breast cancer.... had handicapped person with us... requested handicapped room... didnt get it.... everything was broke in the room...water coming up through the floors... outlets didnt work... had to carry handicapped person from doorway to bed and couldnt use the bathroom.... no handicapped accessibility asked for different room... said none available.. coffeepot had thick black tar on bottom... balconey door broke and couldnt open.... requested maintenace and they never came and then the handle fell off....toaster was rusted inside... and the sheets looked like they never been changed in a long while...check in was a nightmare...the only good thing i could say about this hotel was the location.....went and bought our own coffee pot and toaster to use....when u read some of the bad reviews know they are speaking from experience as well as i am.....

Go somewhere else! Worst hotel in the history of hotels. Every step of the way is a fight. Turn in the towels to get more, oh and wait in line at the front desk for 15-20 mm minutes EVERY time you need anything, towels, new keys, toilet paper. Plan on spending half your vacation in line at the front desk....Slow and outdated systems and untrained associates would be TOO KIND. Dirty! Poor service and rude people. Don't know how to add any more context. Just stay somewhere else, a name brand hotel or something else. I've never felt so compromised.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!! this place was nasty!!!! staff very rude, act like they didnt care about trying to help or try to make any complaints better for you!!! hot tub had no heat all week we were there...hallways filthy, nasty every where, smelled of weed everyday..room was discusting, hadnt been cleaned in months. beds nasty. tub didnt drain well, standing in 6'' of water when finished showering..no kitchen utinsels,walls doors decor so nasty.....i will never stay here again!!!! i pray you DONT either.... .
