DO NOT GO THERE Traveling with family, I booked three rooms. Unfortunately, my room was in a completely different building from my family’s, and despite requesting a relocation, it wasn't accommodated. Any issues with my room required me to walk across a vacant lot to reach the main lobby. **Room Issues: ** - Stains on the bedcovers, shower curtains, and sheets. Despite requesting replacements, assistance only arrived two days later, and they only provided a sheet to replace the bed covers. - The room was supposed to sleep eight, but the sofa was not a sofa bed as advertised. - Black hair clogged the shower/tub, and the kitchen sinks in two units were also clogged. Items from previous guests were left in the unit. - The ceiling in one unit leaked over the kitchen island and into our food. Staff was not welcoming or even cared about my concerns and issues. Call the manager and still didn't care about my unhappiness as a guest. Overall, I will never go back there again and will tell everyone i know about the experience i had with these resorts.

Horrible I booked through Airbnb, condo in south tower was not updated, pictures looked quite different when I booked, however the biggest issue was the resort itself. Walking in the resort hallways is like walking thru an old jail. Smells of puke, and smells of people smoking. Did not feel safe in this place. Alarms were going off in the middle of night to evacuate. I checked out early and booked another place. Stay away from this place!

Beware - not like in the pictures Very worn and outdated. Nort Building, elevator and room in need of major overhaul! Sketcy elevator with names, etc scratched on metal elevator doors. Befoe even entering our room the doors all worn and scratched up. Upon entering hit with old musty stale smoke stench. Very old outdated everything! End unit so had a microscopic balcony with old rusted furniture. The only thing going for it was the ocean view.! Contacted management and relocated to a smidge better room in the Main - South Tower.

My experience was very upsetting Paid $240 for one night was very disappointed. Had no towels had to go get our own, shower was dirty with black hair in the tub had to clean it myself, shower bearly worked with the only way to have a hot shower is to have it all the way on hot. Phone didnt work was only for looks, but what got me was when we walked into the room, u walk into the bedroom, so if your with friends they either had to walk though the bedroom while u were sleeping to get out or u had to lock them in the hotel room until u woke up... Unreal... If u loose the pool wrist band that normally only cost $3 they charge u $250 to replace it kinda makes u not even want to touch them smh... Pool area is even out dated.. best part was the jacuzzi

Stay Away Cockroaches! We don’t mind dated drapes or carpets as long as things are clean. The good news is the place is in a nice location, has decent pools and the property even borders a nice ocean BUT….. the place is infested with cockroaches
