Rainy week We had a rainy week so it was nice to have everything we needed at the resort! We spent time in the pools, hot tubs, last river, bowling, playing arcade games and playing pool. The room was very clean and a lot of parking. We enjoyed the restaurants on site and our tropical drinks at the poolside bar. We will definitely be back!

Think Before Booking The kiddie area needs tins of repairs half the stuff doesn't work or falling apart where rusted metal is showing. The rooms are horrible. The tubs don't drain, they never fully drained the entire week, toilets barley flush, and maintenance can't fix anything. Have to fight to get enough towels for everyone to shower. The kitchen is not stocked to cook in as the quote. The beds need replaced, the mattress is awful, and the bedding is disgusting. When you go to the front desk nothing is done, staff doesn't care. The 8th floor floods from the leaking ice machine and they don't care. You wait 20 plus minutes for an elevator and most time at least 1 of the 4 are broke. This place was a huge disappointment!

Wouldn’t recommend The rooms are very outdated and need to be upgraded. The buffet was very expensive and the food was terrible. The breakfast was processed foods. The air conditioner unit leaked water on the balcony, so therefore we wasn’t able to sit out there because the entire balcony was soaked.

Disappointed Disappointed trip to say the least. We booked through VRBO. We were not allowed to use the bowling alley, which is $17 per hour per person, the arcade, purchase anything from Starbucks or restaurants or exchange dirty towels and washcloths all because we did not book directly with the hotel. We were not informed of the before booking or we would have looked at a different hotel. You are only allowed to use one parking space in their parking garage and if you have additional vehicles, you have to pay to park on the street. This trip was to get away before my grandson leaves for college. Again, disappointed!

Family Summer Vacation The resort is beautiful and has everything you need on site. Please note there's a 17% gratuity added to EVERY purchase during your stay. The views from the balconies are spectacular. We appreciate the friendly staff and their willingness to assist. The only negative we had was the musty smell in our rooms. I think it's from the carpet, that needs to be replaced or deep cleaned. We went to the store and bought fabric refresher that helped with the smell. Since, we've stayed here twice, We'd be willing to try it again to look for improvements...
