Great location... only. Forget internet...ever. Some employees care, but the owner and internet provider do not. This is a bare bones room offering. Great location, Some really nice staff. It seems like the owner is limping along until somebody buys it and scrapes it back to zero and starts over.

Don't stay here! I reserved a king room. When I got to my room the TV was not working. When I tried calling the front desk the phone was not working. I tried calling the hotel on my cell and there was no answer. I had to go down to the front desk. I was then given a different room. She called it an upgrade as it was a king suite. The bedroom was in the back with a window into the hallway. The main room, the lights did not work. The bathroom, that was in the bedroom area, the light only worked when the fan was on and vise versa. It was already late and I was uncomfortable to go down again. I waited till the morning to complain again. I asked to talk to the manager and was told she was the manager. Unfortunately, I did not get her name. She said I could be moved to a double room and said I was lucky to have been upgraded last night. I said it's not an upgrade if the room was not fully functioning. I honestly and truly believe this woman could not have cared less. She said take the double or check out! Needless to say, I checked out.

Terrible elevator was broke had to walk up and down five flights of steps The rooms are nasty worst repairs ever seen ceiling had water dripping had a demetifier you had to empty everyday would not give you money back force was dirty no room service a child puked in a pool did not get it out using gas leaf blowers to clean the aisles in the motel blow sand all over me when walking down the hallway all you can smell is gas from the lease blowers I am 68 years old I have never stayed in a s*** hole like this before never will again all they could say is I'm sorry I said that's not good enough had coffee in and and donuts whatever breakfast never did see them the couch was wet the bed was wet it was the most terrible place I've ever stayed they need to pay people to stay there and then I wouldn't just letting you know don't stay there

Disgusting! To Whom It May Concern: We would like a refund for our reservation for tonight and tomorrow. We could look past the fact that the wall by the shower was rotting. We were nervous about the fact the door didn’t have the top part of the lock. We let it go that some of the outlets didn’t work, which meant not all of the lights worked. But we will NOT let it go that a 3 inch cockroach walked across the couch in our room. That is utterly disgusting! Worse yet, the staff seemed miffed that we wanted to leave and wanted a refund. It makes me sick to my stomach to think that my family stayed in that room. Please issue a refund for today (7/1) and for tomorrow (7/2). One extremely disgusted customer!

Do not stay here. This hotel was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The elevator stopped working the night we got there, someone ended up getting stuck inside. After it was "fixed" it would only work on occasion. I have health issues and contacted the front desk about my concerns. They ignored me. The rooms themselves were extremely rough at best. The door didn't close completely. It looked as if it had been broken into a time or ten. The door frame was coming off. The key reader partially worked, only when it felt like it. The couch was broken down. The lights above the sink were covered with rust. The bathroom was extremely small. The shower curtain was dirty. A board was nailed to the wall to hold the toliet paper. The toliet seat was chipped. The ceiling above the shower was cracked and peeling. The ac was falling apart. The ac cord was taped together. The lighting sucked. Only half the lights worked. The bed sagged. The sheets were see through in places. The blanket was to small for the bed. All of the curtains had holes. There was no maid service for the entire 5 days we were there. There was no phone in the room. Front desk rarely answered the phone. The front desk also ignored our complaints. Asked for a partial refund and they ignored me.
