Good Hampton Inn, But I’d Stay Elsewhere This is a good Hampton Inn, but I’d stay elsewhere. The staff were all nice on arrival, but I would have preferred to be able to check-in online and get a digital key but instead was told you have to go to the desk at this hotel. I’ve done that for years I guess, but when other Hampton Inns have that feature, you get spoiled. When you come in from the parking lot on the first floor, you are overwhelmed by the smell of chlorine from the pool. The hotel room was good but a little tight with two queen beds. But it was very clean. If you want to get to the kitsch of Myrtle Beach, the Broadway shopping area is right outside your door. Breakfast was less than the expected, below the Hampton Inn usual fare. Yes they had many waffle irons, but the eggs were limited to what appeared to be overdone omelets. Instead of cut up fruit, they had apples or bananas. So I go back to where I started: this is a good Hampton Inn, but I’d stay elsewhere as I know Hampton Inns do better than this. Don’t get me wrong: this is not a bad hotel. It’s a good hotel. But not excellent.

Great hotel This place is great! We come down each year and no longer need to be right off the beach. We stay here and it walks right out to the Broadway at the beach and we don't have to drive except when we want to go down to the beach or out for the day otherwise. There 2 large pools a fitness center a great breakfast. We just walk out to many restaurants for lunch or dinner or we just use the small kitchenette to have a meal in the room! Or take to the patio and enjoy the views. This hotel is very clean and secure too

Amenities Amenties and Amenties!!! Lots of amenities. It is right beside Broadway at the Beach. It shares the same parking lot as Margeritaville. It's location makes it close to all Broadway has to offer. It has an indoor and an outdoor pool and a hot tub. It has a snack bar and free full breakfast. The hotel is a tiny bit dated but very well kept and clean. If it wasn't for the old carpets in the rooms, I probably would have given the hotel 5 stars And the elevators need air. But other than that, I have no complaints.

Fantastic Fantastic place, helpful staff goes out their way to assist you. Walk to Broadway at the Beach area. Even parking is great. Amenities were perfect from the parking to the rooms, even the common areas were great. Fantastic place to stay, we will be going back! If you want a great place to stay and a delicious free breakfast this is your place.

Great hotel stay! We vacationed in June for a 4-day getaway. This Hampton Inn is in a perfect location if you plan to visit Broadway at the Beach often. It's right on the property, close to everything and only a few blocks from the beach. The hotel itself was clean, as was our 2 queen-beds room on the 7th floor. We had a great view of Broadway at the Beach and the fireworks from our window. It looked pretty at night. Our stay included free breakfast which was kept stocked by the hotel staff. The only slight negatives: (1) the ice machine on our floor was out of order, so we had to go up or down a floor to get our ice. (2) the mini fridge in the room is very small and did not get cold. Thank goodness we had our cooler. (3) The toilet is kind of low compared to the average toilet height, so keep that in mind. Overall, we had a great time!
