2025 CPSS CONFERENCE My stay at Landmark WA great because of the awesome customer service I received while there. From the front desk staff, to the security guards, D, Alex, Toyia, Jyrese, Mr. Malcolm, and Mr. Jasper Banks - our time at Landmark WA worth it. They were very polite and made us feel so welcomed while attending our CPSS 2025 Conference. Their help with any question or concern we had was phenomenal.

Amazing and affordable! The Landmark was a great place to vacation. We were very pleased with the customer service as well as our overall experience. The only negatives we experienced were dirty floors which got my babies socks and clothes filthy after playing in the room and the build up of grime , mildew, or mold on the children’s pools and the hot tubs. That is why I gave a 4 rating as opposed to a 5

Moose conference A very good place to stay. The Gazebo restaurant was beautiful with a great buffet. Staff were helpful and courteous. Not enough disable parking available near the front of this resort. I would recommend it to a friend. Our room was very clean and tidy.

Awful experience The people at the front desk or awful and rude the guy working at the pool bar awful rude the manager at the front desk he was great security guards were great the lady working at the water park was awful rude
