DIRTY. NASTY AND HORRIBLE STUFF EXPERIENCE I went with my kids for spring break. As soon as we arrived we found out the waterslide is not working. The front desk stuff for the most part was very rude. I upgraded the room to partial ocean view room but prior to getting it I asked to be clean due to dirty bathtub. On day 3 I went to the frontdesk and asked for a housekeeping. The ceiling is pilling. When we got back that night, the room was not clean still. Overall very bad experience with stuff and really dirty room. I would not recommend it to anyone, not to mention it cost me $200 a day. Horrible experience.

Oceanfront 229 Stayed at the Landmark Resort this past weekend for a quick getaway. It’s nice that they now let you choose individual rooms by number. Prior to this you would get just a basic room in their rotation. We had an ocean front efficiency room on the lobby level which was decorated in a very beach theme. Just right to get the mindset ready for summer. The pool was packed during the day and a little loud but all the kids were having fun. Just great to be on the ocean

Wonderful Resort Lovely resort, great indoor and out door pools, lazy rivers, and hot tubs. They have a super cool Water Park, it’s so much fun !! Wonderful restaurants, snack bar, and coffee shop. The rooms are so cutely decorated, very beachy and colorful with great convenient amenities to use while staying here. You will have a great time staying at the Landmark Resort!

Friendly clean stay Good stay. Beds are hard but everything else was great stay. Staff continued to keep clean and give what you needed thru your stay. Very friendly. Love the view. They made great changes in lobby area also you can see what your chose is for picking the room making the reservations.

Never Again We are locals, and rented a room for the night to celebrate my birthday. I arrived early and was told the room was not ready, that led me to believe it had to be cleaned. About an hour later I got thr call the room was ready, I picked up the keys and was ready to enjoy. The mattress was HORRIBLE, the floors DIRTY, there were snack wrappers on the floor as well. The indoor pool area could have been a night club with the loud rap playing. The on-site restaurants were all closed. The arcade was fun and was like going back to the 90s we had to use quarters:)
