Roaches!! Do not stay at this hotel! This was our 6th time staying and it’s continuing to go down hill and won’t be coming back after this trip. We check into our room around 9pm. I paid extra for a “luxury suite” thinking it would be cleaner… within an hour we realized the living room area was infested with roaches! My boyfriend discovered a dirty sheet and trash under the sleeper sofa where my daughter was supposed to sleep. He went down to the front desk only to be told they had no other comparable rooms and would give us half off the first night and schedule pest control for the following day. We looked and couldn’t find any other hotels with ocean front rooms with availability. After a 9 hour drive we had no choice but to stay. Pest control came the following day by the end of the trip the roaches were back all over again the living room. The pool area at night is also infested with roaches. Pool area desperately needs to be power washed. Only 2 elevators working the majority of the time we were there. We are ended up stay Thursday-Monday paid $1,400 and a refund of only $115!

Nice view of ocean that's it _ Needs updates and better front desk night staff very old and some things not working paid almost 1000$ for a week I'm very disappointed _ I'll come back to Myrtle Beach but I will be going to another hotel I should get an major discount for this room or a better room period

Nasty attitude We prepared to go to bed just now and noticed the sheets weren’t the best. I called the front desk and asked if someone could come and change the sheets and the gentleman currently working told me that he could bring me sheets to change myself and I told him that was unacceptable unless I get a discount. He told me that it is late and hung up on me. I will be contacting the corporate office first thing Monday morning. His attitude was nasty and he should not be working with the public. I had noticed other little things like the crumbs here and there but wasn’t going to complain but after his attitude I now have a different attitude. I have my 5 yr grandchild and I should not expect her to have to sleep on dirty sheets or be the maid. This happened 5 minutes ago.

It was perfect for our family vacation The suites were perfect for our family getaway. The full size Murphy bed in the living room gave us privacy and was very comfortable. The full kitchen was perfect for our small lunch meals and the ocean front balcony was so enjoyable. The hot breakfast each morning was very good with enough choices to make everyone happy!

Heartfelt Thanks! We made plans this past evening (July 22, 2024), and found out very early this a.m. July 23, that we had to cancel. After speaking to several representatives (who were very professional) we eventually ended up speaking with Cindy. Rather than dismiss our concerns with policies and rules, she listened to our concerns with CARE and COMPASSION. Her decision helped to minimize additional stress. I also would like to commend Shekinah, who when I called Trip Advisor to make sure I could direct my review of the service received, gave me step by step instruction. Thank you to these wonderful ladies especially Cindy who treated us the way she would have wanted to be treated. We can't thank her enough!
