Avoid This place was both up to par based on their advertisement and price. I will never return. The room was filthy and very outdated. Half of the stove eyes didn’t work. The refrigerator wasn’t working, but staff switched it out when I pushed them to do so. The sliding glass door wouldn’t hardly close because the tracks were so bent out of shape. One of the windows was so coated with filth and algae that you couldn’t see out of it at all. The main door to the room was able to be pushed open easily and never securely locked our room when we were not there. shape. The ice machine was broke and we had to use one from another building. The location was convenient and beach access was nice. Most of the staff were friendly and tried to be helpful. Not enough parking and a lot of guests had to park at a garage one block away. Overall this place is way overpriced for the condition and I would not recommend

TERRIBLE This place is the epitome of false advertising. It's dirty. The front desk lady is thee absolute worst. I don't understand how they keep her. Her attitude is terrible and her mouth is worse. Be prepared to carry your luggage. The view and beach access is great. The staff were very nice and helpful, they should be at the front desk, not cleaning floors. The elevator closed on several people, including my 75 yr old Mother, injuring her arm! There were several people who chose to leave once they arrived and seen the poor condition of the hotel. I should've gotten the hint then. Stayed 4 nights, my key card was deactivated twice, once locking my diabetic dog in the room and the front desk lady decided to raise her voice and argue with me, instead of just shutting her smart mouth and doing her job, another lady heard the raised voices and she came and activated the card so that my soaking wet self could gain access to the room I paid for and get to my diabetic dog in order to feed him at his scheduled time. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB. This place should not be operational. I forgot to mention the loose railing on the deck that was coming apart from the wall. Thank goodness I didn't have children and had enough sense to not lean over it while taking in the view. RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

STAY AWAY!! This is hands down the WORST hotel I have ever stayed in. I feel very mislead by the reviews and pictures I originally saw while booking. They are clearly not recent. The moment you walk in to just the hotel, it STINKS of stale smoke, weed, and dirty water. Then, as we exited the elevator on our floor, we were met with trash. The trash was eventually picked up but the carpet still had little scraps of things in it that a sweeper would easily take care of. Our room was an even bigger disappointment! It smelled musty as soon as you walked in, carpets did not look clean to the point I refuse to go without my shoes, furniture is all banged up and stained, curtains are stained, patio is dirty, TV is lopsided because of two different size legs, internet is slow, the bathroom is extremely small and worst of all, the sink and shower would not drain!!!!! I will say that the sheets appear to be clean. We inspected them with great detail to ensure so but still makes me nervous considering the state of the rest of the hotel. Thankfully we were only staying one night. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else!

Run. Flee. Avoid. The hotel’s pictures are very filtered and misleading. We went to our room, looked around and checked right out. Immediately! We booked a different hotel. Location is the ONLY good thing about this hotel. It’s gross. It feels like shady things go down there. I was in such a rush to leave I couldn’t even get anymore pictures. I didn’t even put my bag down because of how filthy this place was. The “ocean view” was also very obstructed because you could barely see the ocean. Not that it mattered to us anymore. Unfortunately, tourists are more likely to be catfished by the private hotels in this area because we are unsuspecting. This hotel is out-dated and disgusting. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Hope you like dumpy hotels The only good thing about this hotel is its location. If you don’t care about the accommodations, this place is fine. Based on my lodging experiences in the past, this place qualifies as a dump. Don’t let the photos used for advertising fool you. They must’ve been taken when the hotel was new because they are not representative of the current condition. Everything has been neglected and is falling apart. The air conditioner leaks onto the balcony, so a big hole is wearing into the floor. The nice chairs that should be in the room have been replaced by crappy plastic chairs- that were broken. The dresser in the room was useless because the drawers were broken. There is a coffee maker and filters in the room, but no coffee. We called the front desk on two separate occasions, asking for towels and toilet paper, but none was brought to us. So I had to go down to the front desk and get them myself. The carpet throughout is filthy and the exterior doors are actually falling apart. There is no real security for the property. Anyone can come in and out of the buildings and the pool area. The carpets leading up to the door of the building are worn out and have big holes in them. I suppose that when you have enough suckers like me staying at the hotel, there is no incentive to fix it up and make it look more presentable.
