Pleasantly surprised We came to Mystic, CT using our annual free night reward. We were pleasantly surprised by the large, very clean rooms. The hotel staff was accommodating and friendly. It is near many local, popular attractions. The free breakfast was nice. The Hyatt Place signage from the main road is hard to see so be ready for the parking lot to appear.

Really nice stay. Friendly staff, comfortable stay, free breakfast. The only recommendation would be to provide a shuttle to Foxwoods. No Lyft or Ubers will take you back late at night from Foxwoods, especially on a Sunday.

Amazing service, great location and great hotel This hotel was amazing! I went with my two kids 11 and 8 who loved the room, pool and hotel amenities. We were across the street from Olde Mystic, great restaurants and down the block from the Aquarium!

A night in Mystic Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was standard and nothing special - vegans had little options. Bed was hard and uncomfortable. Poor bathroom design. Sink outside and door to bathroom nearly bumped up against toilet seat. Noise factor is awful - bring earplugs for slamming doors, fridge buzzing and A/C running all night.
