Would stay again Great location. Room a little worn but a decent size, clean and well appointed. Coffee and tea provided in the room but we missed the complimentary breakfast provided at other Best Western properties. Staff was very professional, especially Aden who happily looked after our requests. Would stay again and recommend.

Nice motel; little inconveniences. The motel was relatively nice and the staff very helpful. The only downside was getting from the parking lot to the motel and up the numerous stairs to the motel with all of my luggage. Once inside, it was fine. But if you had much luggage it would present some challenges. There was another route, but it was already taken and I was afraid I would lose my parking, which seems quite limited. Other than that, the motel and service as great. The location also was nice, being so close to the water, etc.

Less than enjoyable This hotel is in a great area right on the water.. That being said parking was a nightmare. This hotel only has about 15 parking stalls. We drove around for 45 min trying to find a stall somewhat close. (We were driving a pickup) Finally found a spot, we were told to take all valuables out of our vehicle due to the homeless population in the area, who were very evident. The water pipes were loud.. Trying to have a relaxing shower in the morning, my husband and I were scalded in the shower. Would not stay again.

Harbour View Overall our stay was nice, bed was comfortable. I enjoyed that our room had laminated flooring and not all stinky carpet. Only negative thing is the amount of homelessness in the area. Our room had a nice view over looking the harbour from a distance. Parking lot was very small and so were the spaces to park in. We came back from touring around and found there were no parking spots left! So we had to park in a Parkade down the road and had to walk back up to the hotel which for elderly people would be maybe difficult to do as it is a bit of a hill to walk up.That being said the hotel did reimburse our parkade ticket.

So glad we stayed here! Beautiful and classy lobby. Our room was spotless and had a beautiful view of the harbor. The downtown location was perfect and we really enjoyed our walk along the waterfront after dinner. Parking was convenient and just a short walk from the lobby.
