Napa Valley Hotel & Suites

This place is WAY over priced for value received. We were in Napa for a 3:00 wedding. I asked about getting an early check in so our bags didn't have to stay in our hot car all afternoon. This would have cost $80 and they had no secure place for holding our luggage. The day had been HOT but the temperature when we arrived was pleasant. We walked into a room that had been closed for some time. It was very hot and stale. Fortunately we could open the window for fresh air, but it took a long time to cool off. The shower didn't drain and the caulking throughout the bathroom was stained or moldy (I didn't touch it to figure out which). The only positive points are the bed was comfortable and it is an easy walk to great restaurants.

Inhospitable Room, Unreachable/Unhelpful Management First time hotel reviewers - but our stay at Napa Valley Hotel and Suites was so inhospitable, we felt we had to post something. Specifically: 1) As soon as we walked in, we noticed a large, gross, wet spot on the floor that smelled (perhaps mold). 2) There were insects all around the bedroom and bathroom. 3) The WiFi was broken, which interfered with our ability to work from this hotel. For each of these issues, we spoke to the front desk, but they were unable to provide any appropriate remedy. We requested to raise the issues to the awareness of management, but we were told that management was unavailable and the WiFi was simply out of service frequently. We attempted to contact management multiple times, and did not receive a response for over a month after our stay. When the manager finally responded, the response vacillated between implying that we had made up the problems or somehow caused them ourselves. We wish we knew about this beforehand - we would never have stayed here, and so we caution you from bringing your family here either. Hoping this will be our first and last hotel review, since we've never experienced anything like this before, and hope to never again.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PLACW STAY AWAY!!!! Dirty place, rusted and smells terrible!!! Be careful doesn’t look like the pictu STAY AWAY FROM THOSE PLACE! The pictures are deceiving, the doors are rusted, carpet smells horrible, bugs in the room and it’s not even a motel it’s just a place you want to stay away from! Please do yourself a favor and don’t be fulled by the pictures it is nothing like the pictures shown online!

Nice find My wife and I came up for an overnight stay in Napa. This place was cheaper than most and it was really close to everything. The place reminded me of an old motel type place at the beach where I grew up. The room looked updated and I was clean and fresh. The bed was comfortable and more importantly the pillows were comfy. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would come back.

Dishonest Place Stay away from this hotel at all cost. This place is a complete scam. I stayed in this hotel and they refuse to return my $150.00 deposit. I reached out to this hotel on why, and they refused to respond to my e-mails. It took me 31 days to finally get an answer, and I was told there was a lamp that was damaged. This is an absolute lie. This hotel is a 1960s style motel that has a fresh coat of paint. Nothing more. They surely do not put any lamp in the room that is worth $150.00. They obviously know that it makes no fiscal sense for a traveler to fight to get their deposit back since they probably already returned home. Once again, this hotel is a complete scam.
