Girl's Trip When we checked in to the hotel, our travel agent did not share that the room had a king bed. The hotel went above and beyond to move us to a room where there was a pull out couch as well as the king bed. The pull out was SOOOO COMFORTABLE!

Good basic downtown hotel. Decent downtown hotel, nothing special but if you want a downtown location and don’t plan on spending a ton of time in your hotel room it does the job. We had recently stayed at the Andaz in Costa Rica and were blown away by the luxury and the service. This was our first Andaz experience and when we were planning a trip to Napa we saw an Andaz and thought it would be on the same level. This is was not the case, it’s just an average downtown hotel. The showers are large, rooms are small, but to be fair we were given the opportunity to upgrade for $30/night at check in and chose not to without having seen the room. Live music in the lobby was a nice touch, as was the included self parking. The bartenders work very hard in the evenings. We walked down to the Archer to look around and grab a drink on their rooftop. This hotel looked like what I had expected. If you’re looking for more of a luxury stay I would choose the Archer, if you’re just looking for a good downtown hotel to lay your head down at night and save the $$ the Andaz is a solid choice.

Excellent dining experience! My friend and I had an outstanding breakfast here on August 2nd. Vilma (our highly experienced server) was polite, friendly, professional, knowledgeable about all the menu options, customer service oriented and VERY hospitable. Vilma’s service during our entire breakfast was truly exceptional and top notch. The breakfast burrito I ordered was the BEST burrito I have ever had in the USA. The yogurt parfait my friend had was incredible. We are definitely going to be back at the restaurant at this hotel the next time we are in Napa. If you are looking for an outstanding breakfast experience with an incredible level of service, this restaurant needs to be added to your bucket list! Thank you for an awesome experience and we look forward to coming back here again soon!
