Nice hotel for families but major renovation is ongoing We've been coming here for years. Overall, it has always been a positive + solid experience although the rooms and common areas were dated. The good news is that this changing as they are in the middle of a major remodel project which is refreshing everything. 4 stars is based on our cumulative experiences. We recently visited and had a much poorer experience. 1) The sliding window in the bedroom did not close properly. Our room backed up to the back parking lot and Highway 29, which means we heard cars coming and going all night long. I didn't realize the window didn't close properly until we were getting ready for bed; otherwise, I would have called maintenance. The same sliding window is in the bathroom and worked fine, so I'm certain the bedroom window has an issue. 2) The hotel fails to mention on their website that a major construction project is active and your stay may be affected. We brought our swimsuits and pool stuff, because we had planned to use the pool. The pool is closed. The middle section of the hotel is closed, so you need to walk across the parking lot to get to the restaurant and fitness room. When we were walking to breakfast there was a forklift carrying construction materials in a narrow area of the parking lot with no sidewalk. The hotel will be awesome once it's finished but the hotel should definitely let guests know on the website that such a big construction project is going on.

Holiday nightmare I’d have given the building site nil if I could have done. The room we had to be fair was lovely and contemporary, however the majority of the rest of the site was a dusty building site. To get to the bar and dining room you literally had to pass by diggers and dumper trucks

Exceptional I had to move out of an adjacent property early in the morning because my room was infested by ants and they didn’t have another room available. It’s a weekend and all the hotels were pretty booked and I was very upset. Deborah, the manager at Embassy suite by Hilton really went above and beyond. The hotel was completely booked but they did everything to clean the checked out room asap so I can check in quickly. She even offered free breakfast while I was waiting. It’s true that construction is ongoing but I didn’t hear any noise. Nothing interrupted the stay. The only thing that was affected was no pool but they have a shuttle to take you to a pool at Hilton garden inn if you want. And the room! The innovated room is Sooo nice and spacious. The bathroom was really 5-star. Breakfast and free wine/snacks in the evening were really great. The area I around the hotel is beautiful and good for a walk. More than anything else hotel staff were really kind. It’s not cheap but the room was really comparable to 5-star hotel’s and the price was very close to the small room infested by ants at the nearby hotel I had to leave.

Staying on the front lines of a Napa war zone This trip was planned six months ago Unfortunately when we arrived the Hotel is going through an construction upgrade The pictures were completely mis leading This hotel in its current state is a 2.5 star and this only due to the extraordinary breakfast. We stayed on a weekend and paid five star prices with a view of the construction workers onsite travel trailers. Fortunately we were only staying one night and after a brief discussion with the front desk the parking fee was removed. Please check and verify the construction is still going on prior to booking.

Upset by building works and no pool Hotel advertised as modern, two swimming pools including one outdoors. On arrival, warm welcome, sent to our room and were horrified by poor state of room, it was very worn and tired. Then upgraded to a nicer refurbished room, which was very nice. Building works going on all day. No swimming pool outside. Had to travel to other Hilton to use outside pool. Will not be going back until building works ✅ .
