Clean and good location The hotel staff provided us $10 credit to eat breakfast next door at “Napa General Store” and when going for breakfast at this place an individual by the name DREW treated us very rude and nasty. We decided to go somewhere else for breakfast because we didn’t have the time and energy to deal with miserable individuals like DREW. Her disgusting attitude ruined our morning. DREW needs to check her mental health. Big THANK YOU to check in desk BRIAN and bell desk JONATHAN and his trainer.

Must Stay at Napa River Inn This was one of our most memorable stays any where in our 48 years of traveling. This historic hotel is in great condition with lots woodwork throughout the rooms. The rooms are large and extremely comfortable. It is so central to downtown Napa that you can find just about anything within a 3-4 block walk. Restaurants, shops, entertainment, etc.. The service was spectacular. But the most impressive part was the Concierge, Rosie Berger! We contacted Rosie about a month before Going to the Hotel and she sent back to us a 4 page report of everything we would need to know about Napa. Over several phone conversations she was able to give us specific recommendations to restaurants, tours, vineyards and even helped setup appointments. She is the best!! Although the rating chart here only goes to 5, I would give Rosie and the Napa River Inn a rating of 10 out of 10!!

Amazing Hotel This was the highlight of our Napa trip. We stayed in a historic room and would recommend it to anyone. Seriously - the staff is amazing and we never had a negative interaction with anyone at our hotel. It felt like home. The room was perfect and had everything you could want. The tub was beautiful and my favorite part of the room. I also loved the attention to detail (heat lamp in the bathroom, dual shower, the fluffiest bed ever). I had trouble leaving this room because it was so incredibly comfortable. I also loved the free morning pastries from Sweetie Pies. Everything was so yummy.

Napa Fun! The Napa River Inn is a gorgeous Inn! It’s located in a great location with many shops, restaurants, and cute coffee/bakery & sweet shops. My husband and I stayed in the Captain Hatt’s Suite and it was absolutely stunning! Rosie, the hotel concierge is fabulous! She helped to set up our dinners, suggested wineries, and recommended transportation service. Rosie made sure our stay was set up perfectly upon our arrival. In addition, the staff at the Napa River Inn was also very kind, helpful and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. I would highly recommend the Napa River Inn! Thank you for making our trip to Napa wonderful!

Incredible location and service Definitely above a 5! Everything about the Napa River Inn was excellent! The service, the facility, the food, the meeting space, the overall location and especially the incredible customer service in every aspect were all outstanding. Definitely will return again!!!!!!
