Comfortable and close to great wineries! RiverPointe is comfortable and close to Napa’s famous wineries. We very much enjoyed staying there and touring the area. There’s also a trail nearby for walking or biking, the grounds are well kept, and the staff is excellent. It’s located close to great dining options.

Charming and quiet stay by a river Charming, beautiful and quiet property and cabins that back up to the river. The cabins were clean and cozy and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and firm in the 1 bedroom but the studio mattress lacked firmness and support, likely from too many kids jumping on it. We rented two cabins and enjoyed a private patio between our units. Note that studio cabins share the same “unit” with another studio so depending on your “neighbor”, there may be some noise and floor shaking. 1 bedrooms are individual units with complete privacy. Only hiccup was that our key that didn’t work in one of the cabins. The maintenance guy promptly fixed the issue but the key was sticky and hard to use. Overall a great stay at this property.

Great location, private units, fun stay! This was our first time staying in any place like this, and overall it was really great, but there is some room for improvement. The positives are the location, quiet, size and layout of the unit and functionality. The easily improved would be larger and newer TVs, WAY better internet, an oven (microwave could be swapped out with a combo convection/microwave) and a comfortable couch for starters. After a day of winetasting we like to come back and fix a quick dinner--Napa is an expensive place and we don't want to eat out all the time, Although we did make use of the outdoor grills a couple of times, I wanted to roast some veggies we got at the farmer's market, but had to do them in a skillet on the grill because there is only a range and a microwave. From a technology standpoint, getting booted off of the internet intermittently throughout the day meant a frustrating loss of work I had done on downloading pictures, writing reviews, etc. Sometimes it would go off after a minute or two, come back on, then off again, making it hard to do much. The TVs are tiny by today's standards, and have very limited watching options. The couch is so uncomfortable we usually ended up watching the same show in both rooms, one of us on the bed in the bedroom and the other stretched out on the couch. But there are a lot of positives. While the gym is tiny, the Napa River Trail is right behind the property, so just a few steps out the door and we are there. It's a 1.2 mile paved trail that backs up to homes and the ELKs club on one side, the river on the other. It is a beautiful walk with a remote feeling even though a lot of people, both residents and visitors, use the trail. We found the unit very quiet, and with no shared walls, privacy is ensured. We walked over to the Farmer's Market on Saturday and Tuesday (the only days it is open) and bought lots of fresh produce. Lots more vendors on Saturday, but mostly produce on Tuesday. It is about a mile walk, easy to find. For two people, the size is perfect. Also, we went to several of the hosted events including the wine tasting and had a nice time chatting with other people.

Location ideal for sightseeing We booked two cottages side by side. We have completely privacy for the outside lounge area all to ourself. The cabin was very clean and spacious. It had everything inside, including dishwashing detergent, instant coffee and lots of other extras! If we visit Napa in the future, we definitely will stay here again.

Poor Customer Service I am disgusted and disappointed by the lack of professionalism I experienced with this business. Despite having paid for the room in full prior to arriving, I was required to forfeit an extra 100 USD, which they promised to return after check out. It's now been over a month since I stayed there, and it still hasn't been returned. I've sent them multiple emails and called several times. I have asked them to double check whether the transaction was ever made on their end, but they refuse. Instead, they insist it is my banks' fault, and not theirs. I suppose it is an alright place to stay if they keep their promises, but in my experience, they won't.
