Napa visit great location , but do not stay on Monday or Tuesday if you choose to eat dinner at the hotel... no hot food served at night ( covid probably). house keeping was average to slightly under average. front desk and Alba staff for breakfast wonderful . Wonderful fans in bedroom to keep air flowing ... great sleeping

Outstanding! Our whole experience from the time we arrived to the time we left was incredible!! The staff was the friendliest I’ve ever had and did everything they could to make our stay as enjoyable as possible!!

Weekend getaway Good hotel but not for the price for which I had to book it. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable and the restaurant had good food and drink options. Location is great too, but overall I expect a bigger room.

Overcharged Received extra charges on my cc after the visit with no explanation or receipt even though the concierge said we would receive a after the visit summary receipt emailed to us. Attempted to call the customer service line several times but could never get to a live person.

Awesome stay My husband and I had a great experience during our stay. The property was very clean. Our room was comfortable and clean. We enjoyed our bathroom mirror’s Bluetooth capability. The location of the property was prime. Walkable to the Oxford Market and downtown. We were especially excited about the welcome kit our dog Lucas got at check-in. Overall an awesome experience and would definitely come back in the future.
