Unexpected Elegance Excellent European beds.. and the housekeeping services are stellar! Usually stay at a Marriott.. but I will say.. this Arista Hotel experience thus far has far exceeded any at a Marriott! Corner rooms are awesome on high floors… Look forward to staying again next week!

The WOW factor! This was my first stay at Hotel Arista. I will definitely stay here again! The young lady that checked me in was so kind and professional, and greeted me with a smile. From the moment I arrived, my experience has been exceptional. The rooms are Modern and beautiful. I was thrilled to see they had a steamer in the closet. I stayed in a king corner room With large windows on two walls, loved seeing the sunlight come in in the morning and the moon at night. Bathrooms are amazing! The location Has places to eat and a coffee shop nearby. Beautiful hotel with lots of amenities. I highly recommend hotel Arista - as a matter fact I will be back next week!

Professional conference (LUDA) Outstanding service, great room. Customer service was exceptional. One example was from Maria. I witnessed a man lost & looking for a specific room. Maria addressed it immediately with care & compassion. Extremely professional in every way!

Amazing Amazing place, very welcoming. Great bed and pillows. I was greeted with Courtesy pastries and water in the room. Ice was also served and ready in the room. Definitely coming back! Alexandria was of great help. Parking behind the building is definitely a plus.

Very Demure, Very Clean, Very Home Away From Home We’ve found our luxury home away from home at Hotel Arista. Our room on the 10th floor was clean and spacious. We had a beautiful view of the city, but the bathroom with soaking tub and tv mirror was pure icing on the cake! There was also an elegantly dressed wedding party mingling in the lobby and bar area, which added another element of class and romance to our stay. The personalized touches were also extremely thoughtful. Hotel Arista is a classy little gem. It’s now our favorite Naperville Hotel .
