Nice amenities and friendly staff Great front desk staff. Welcoming and helpful especially Janavana. Lots of space and great having a balcony. Pool area very nice and pool big enough to do some laps. Beach chairs and umbrellas offered which was a nice surprise. We only ate in restaurant for one breakfast but it was good and lots of options.

Excellent experience Excellent service all around- from front desk to cleaning services. Everyone very responsive and respectful. Even the hotel restaurant provides very good food. Second stay in this hotel and was even better than the first! If I were to have any complaint at all, seems one can’t get a decent cup of decaf coffee around these parts!

Wonderful space and staff! The rooms are SPACIOUS, and the staff is wonderful. Big living room, smart TVs, powerful air conditioning, lots of counter space for cosmetics… I’m so glad I found a place that can be my home away from home while I’m on business. Major shout out to Donna who helped me with a small issue I was having with my room. She went above and beyond and really made me appreciate my stay even more. The hospitality from Odalys was wonderful too. 10/10 reccomend

Great bargain for spacious accommodations. This is a DoubleTree Suites hotel. We stayed in a one bedroom king bedroom. The bedroom was spacious and included a large TV, USB charging ports, and plugs beside. The attached living area was large and included a sofa, side chair, desk area with USB outlets, large TV, a two person dining table, small fridge and coffee maker. The restaurant was open for three meals and the food was reasonably priced. Our made-to-order breakfast cost was nearly all covered by the Diamond F&B credit. We did not use the pool, but the area looked great with plenty of seating. The property looked like it had recently undergone a recent refurbishment and exterior painting was underway. Two Tesla chargers are on property with the nearest non-Tesla charging port about a 15 min drive away. We considered the stay cost a real bargain compared to our how area of San Diego, where a similar room would have cost twice the amount. We would book this hotel again

Great place what a wonderful hotel, Janavae at check in was such a delight and made my entire stay enjoyable, trish was also very kind as was the entire front desk. I also can't say enough about Beatrice who serviced my room daily, she was fantastic .I have stayed in many hotels throughout the country and this location is the best, thank you Doubletree staff for making me feel comfortable!
