Best Hotel in Florida! We thought a quick getaway from everything was in order so we headed to Naples- we were SO fortunate to have found The Escalante! Wonderful location, gorgeous, almost quaint property, very well managed with terrific personnel. Starting with the fabulous Holly, who guided us to a perfect room- beautifully furnished, comfortable, and clean. Holly made us feel so welcome! Also attended to by Ermir, who made certain we had everything we needed. Terrific dinner at the super convenient (just walk across the pool area from our terrace- excellent food and service, will do separate review for VerandeE. We already planning our return trip!

Weekend Getaway My wife and I went to this property for a weekend getaway. The property far exceeded our expectations. We like to travel to Napa, and this hotel had the same charm and appeal. Very quaint and beautiful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this property.

Last minute decision turned out to be the best way to celebrate our anniversary Spent a weekend here towards the end of June. It was our 10th wedding anniversary and we had planned a great international trip. However, due to unforeseen circumstances at the very last minute we had to reschedule. My wife was sad and I decided to try to make the best of it and stay locally for the weekend. This turned out to be a great decision. First of all, the property is beautiful, clean, and feels very intimate. Holly was incredible at making the weekend shine with some last minute (again) requests I had, including an amazing in-room massage. The location is excellent with shopping, dining, and the beach within a couple of blocks. Breakfast was great and was set up in our private patio. We had dinner one night at the restaurant on site (Veranda E) and it was superb. The attention all-around was second to none. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful Property Beautiful property situated in the heart of Naples just off of 5th. Exceptional staff, especially Christian - friendly, warm, they cannot do enough for you. Check-in was easy. Room was great. No problem with parking. Beach access was great along with beach chairs and towels. The restaurant was remarkable (except for the no-see-ums, they literally carried us away whenever we sat at a table for a meal not to mention poolside), unfortunately the food was mediocre. The first night I ordered the Sumac Roasted Rack of Lamb which came smothered in oil and honey. The spinach and endive were buried under the lamb and drowned in the oil and honey. The pool was beautifully manicured, although filthy. There was a brown hue throughout the pool with what appeared to be mold on the grout-lines by the water skimmer. There was a float in the pool with two beach-balls. The beach-balls were filthy dirty. With all of the great qualities of this hotel, I cannot for the life-of-me figure out why the pool was dirty. But for the cleanliness of the pool, this would have been a 5 Star Review. Would I go again? Only if they cleaned the pool. One note: This property does not have an electric car charger.

Romance and comfort What a find! The accommodations, reception and dining were FAB! The staff are awesome. The Verand E dining experience reminded us of dining in SE France - delicious food and relaxing evening. The room was quiet and spacious and very comfy. We were able to walk everywhere, the private beach to the shopping districts on 5th Avenue. You will love it!!
