Excellent The staff is very friendly, rooms are spacious and very clean and near 5th ave. Good places all around the area and the beach. They provide free parking and free Wi-Fi and beach towels the price was good for all the benefits you get. It is 100 % recommended

Great stay! My third year staying here and it still was a great place to stay! The hotel is very clean, the rooms are comfortable, the staff is friendly and the hotel is very quiet! ( I don't think I have ever heard noise from other rooms or in the hall.) They have a very simple yet nice breakfast that can be eaten on the outside deck. A nice start to the day. This year I finally went in the pool. It was clean, good temperature and not crowded. The location is perfect, especially if you are good with walking. Beach, downtown, places to eat, shop etc. can be reached with out a car. I will be back next year - I hope!

Great small hotel We stayed for 3 weeks in a king suite room. This was larger than standard room and very comfortable. The hotel was well situated for restaurants and shops on 5th Ave and not far from the beach. The staff were lovely and very helpful and pleasant. There was a washing machine and tumble dryer available to use, a swimming pool which was a good size. A light help yourself breakfast was provided and there was a nice outdoor space where one could sit and eat it. Very happy and very good value

Excellent for a short stay This hotel is excellently located should you wish to walk to 5th Avenue, the beach and also the pier. The continental breakfast is a real bonus and with cereals, juices, muffins, snack bars and yoghurts to choose from, it’s a great freebie. Staff were very friendly and room pleasant enough despite this being an older hotel. Under cover free car parking was great too. Would definitely recommend.

Naples Boutique Hotel Oasis This Hotel feels like an oasis in the middle of a bustling City (walking distance to all the sights of 5th Avenue). Small enough to feel like a Boutique Hotel and full of wonderful staff. Our room was spacious and extremely comfortable. The entire building is well kept and very clean. Breakfast was a nice perk too!
