Great experience ! Julie at the front desk is the best ! Thank you Julie at the front desk for making our stay so enjoyable! She has been taking care of me for years with Hilton and she truly goes above and beyond for her guests experience . Making sure I like my room, information on where to eat & play , and she always makes me laugh. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous - very clean with a restaurant on site ( WIN) . The pool and hot tub is open later than most hotels which is also great. We had a great stay :) thank you Julie we will be back

Helpful Front Desk agents on the phone Booked a last minute online reservation at this property and spaced putting in some info for the reservation . Called to get assistance direct at the hotel, and Julie was awesome and extremely helpful! She added my husband to the reservation and we were good to go. Thanks again Julie!!!!

Decent ….but don’t let the exterior and lobby fool you! Busted A/C in room From the outside, this hotel looks like it once upon a time must have been a fancy hotel that catered to the wealthy. The lobby still has that look, and you think the upstairs is going to match the lobby and outside curb appeal. Wrong!!! As you step off the elevator, you can see the hotel interior has clearly been remodeled cheaply - and its age shows. It’s like any other hotel once you get past the exterior and the lobby. The room we were in was clean, so it gets points for that. The beds are comfortable, but didn’t feel like true queen sized beds. They were snugger for two - more so than other queen beds we have shared. However, the main issue we had was the air conditioning in our room didn’t work and broke on our first night. As a result, my entire family had a horrible night’s sleep. It was stifling hot in our room - in the middle of July. This awful night made a very busy day the next day extremely difficult. When my husband informed the front desk of the issue, they immediately fixed the compressor in our room that was misfiring (not firing). We are awaiting management’s reply re: a refund for the first uncomfortably hot and sleepless night - then I will update rating accordingly.

Clean and friendly!! :) Rooms were clean and hotel staffing was very welcoming!! Beds were comfortable as well. Would recommend. The restaurant had an excellent selection and prompt service. Bar staff were friendly and welcoming. Plus! My room had a super nice view :)

Doubletree is the best hotel in Nashua This is our second time visiting the DoubleTree Nashua and it’s our favorite place to stay when we visit! Julio at the front desk was super helpful. At one point we needed to change our room and we were worried because it was a holiday weekend and Julio was quick to help get our room changed with no problems. Looking forward to our next visit! Thanks again Julio and Doubletree staff!
