Loved this hotel! We had a great time at the Best Western Plus on Music Row. Bedrooms were clean and spacious. Very good access to an outdoor pool. One minor criticism is that the sun loungers are tired and scruffy looking. This is insignificant compared to all the plus points of the hotel - super friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast - it literally was amazing, 20 min walk to broadway, 18 $ parking per night, close to Music Row and the Gulch areas. All in all we loved our stay and will definitely visit again.

Great location Great location comparing prices! Plus just a super quick ride to Broadway Street!! Uber varied from $6-$12 depending on the time of day. Typically it was about $8. Great free breakfast too. Nice neighborhood and quiet street at night. Friendly staff.

There are better hotels The locations is great, but the service was not southern hospitality, the breakfast was unflavored, cold and biscuits can be used as hockey pucks. Be prepared to have may drunk people. Be prepared to spend $100 more than the reservation says for parking not listed and fees on that too.

Absolutely best stay Everything was a pleasure. The staff was polite, knowledgeable about tourists attractions and directions. The front counter is ran by some of the nicest and kind people I have ever met. The smiles are genuine and feel like home. My young children looked forward to saying good morning as we went by.

Great engaged team Amazing hotel where they go above and beyond to think about the little things they can do to make your stay great. Ie. Free lemonade and coffee or hot chocolate machines in lobby. A quick quiz to get you thinking each day.for a.mini chocolate bar. Very engaged team here
