CONSTRUCTION!! So angry! This was a terrible visit. They have construction going on and it starts at 6am. Was impossible to sleep through. No warning, and the front desk staff didn’t even know about it. We got no response when we complained. DO NOT stay here. Our stay was July 25/26 2024.

CONSTRUCTION NOISES Late July 2024: Literal construction going on right above our room. We are on the 8th out of 9 floors. This is ridiculous. There was no warning given to us about construction before our stay. If you are looking to stay here, BE WARNED that construction starts at 6AM and goes until 7PM EVEN ON A SATURDAY.

Parking is NOT FREE This hotel tricks you with low rates because parking is NOT included for free. It’s 55$ a night for valet parking, there’s no other option. I’ve never stayed at a hotel that charged for parking per night. Needless to say fool me once! Fair warning $55 a night for parking!

Not a great stay We stayed at this hotel for our well anticipated honeymoon trip the first week of July. The front desk, restaurant and Starbucks staff were fantastic. However, everything else was less than great. The valet service was slow, the cleaning staff didn’t come everyday and we had to ask for fresh towels. There was construction happening at night so we could hear them starting around 10/11pm(we were in the third floor). Our first room was humid and smelled of moldy wet carpet and the shower handles were broken. The second room was better however the shower drain had a weird backwash that arose when the water ran for a few minutes. If it weren’t a holiday weekend, we would have gone to a different hotel. We will not be returning.

June 8 2024 June 8th I’ve stayed here many times for work. The staff were friendly at the hotel & at Starbucks on property as well. The room was clean & modern. There are plenty of activities and restaurants close by within walking distance. I would stay here again.
