Great convenient location! Super convenient location to Opry Mills, The Gaylord, and the Opry. We felt safe in the area traveling with small children.

Not what you expect from Hyatt This property needs attention and a facelift. Pros: very friendly desk staff, comfortable bed with plenty of pillows. Nice walk in shower and great t v. Cons: unkempt tables in dining area, food ended at an unheard of 9am! Coffee available in lobby but not hot water…a definite no no. Also the cleaning staff needs to pay better attention to vacuuming in the dining area. The bar offerings were few since “ the supply truck hadn’t arrived” but we all made it ok. This is your basic, budget (if any Hyatt could be budget) hotel. We were only there 2 days and it was paid for. Personally I longingly saw The Hampton Inn & 2 other chain hotels across the street and knew I made the wrong choice totally based on the Hyatt name and obviously old photos. I need to say we’ve stayed at other Hyatt Place Hotels and did not experience the same situation.

Not great Breakfast area is not cleaned up, coffee always out, server not nice, choices don’t change daily, uncomfortable beds, bathroom too small, no guest laundry

They deserve a 0. Roaches in the room, broken ice machines, loud air conditioning, stained rugs, missing and unhelpful management and staff, wrong breakfast times listed on hotel TV station, pool area a mess and uninviting, junk yard/RV view, too many to list. Choose a different hotel.

Uninvited Company in the Hotel Room In the most recent past experiences with staying at Hyatt Place has been great! I was so disappointed with the stay at the Hyatt Place Nashville/Opryland room condition. The first day we checked in, the hotel room had roaches crawling on the floor, wall, and kitchenette counter. Although staff did a good job in moving us to another room (which didn't have any similar issues), we were very disappointed with the conditions of the first room they gave us. We decided to stay because the second room didn't have any of the same issues. The staff was good with responding and resolving the issue and provide fee waivers at checkout.
