Outstanding all round service Outstanding all round experience The experience was outstanding. Room comfort, Air conditioner setting, Bathroom, meeting room facilities, restaurant, coffee shop. Enjoyed the "flawless" stay. Very customer oriented service. Every place we travel to housekeeping is one of the sources of irritation. We have special needs like extra quantity of water, sugar etc. In most hotels you have to struggle for it everyday. But we had services being rendered by one Sindy L. She understood what we need and what we don't ..and without any further instructions, what we want used to be made available. Small things but that is customer care. Thank you Sonesta ...

Wonderful Experience! We stayed at this beautiful hotel for a conference at the end of September. The hotel is lovey, our room was very comfortable and the staff was excellent and attentive. As far as the team taking care of us for the conference, they could not have been any better. The feedback from our attendees was very positive, including for the meals, which were delicious. The conference went beautifully and that in a huge part was due to Sonesta Nashville. Thank you!!!

The Best Hotel Experience Ever! I was there recently (September 23 - October 1) for the Alliance of Intenational Aromatherapists 2024 Conference. What a fantastic hotel experience! As we were setting up pre-conference, Donna, Edwin and Rodney were responsive, attentive and contributed to the success of our conference! They were always available in a timely fashion throughout the conference as well to help problem solve. The food was healthy, delicious, presented beautifully and served with a smile and "good morning" by all the servers assigned to us. The Chef was visible, checked in with us regularly and worked with one of our attendees with food allergies and limitations. My room, bathroom and shower were perfect and comfortable, it was a quiet hallway. My window view included a very large magnolia tree! Our assigned area in the hotel for our conference speakers, sponsors and exhibitors worked out very well. The Happy Hour rooms were amazing with the bar set up and hearty hors d'oeuvres. I appreciated the Tap Room Restaurant and the Starbucks options at the hotel. The breakfast buffet is awesome! And then there is the shuttle available to the airport for your guest's convenience! The staff at the front desk was very professional and always helped resolve issues, answer questions with grace. Thank you for an incredible home away from home experience for 9 nights!

Amazing Hospitality and Service during our conference Dear Staff at Sonesta Airport Nashville. My organization recently had an international conference at your facility and you made it a great and positive experience! Special thanks to Jessica, Donna, and Cameron for their amazing support--there are so many others as well. The front desk personnel were outstanding. Our participants loved the food (thank you chef and staff), their rooms (hallways neat as a pin), and the amenities. Shuttle service was great, the elevators were fast. Everything was clean!!! Bathrooms were maintained and surfaces were shining. We loved Nashville and appreciate your work to give customers an excellent experience! Conference Chair, Dr. Marian Reven

Birthday Trip The room was the nice. The room attendant named Hortencia did a great job. In addition, the hotel location is good. Easy access to the interstate and different restaurants. For the most, all the major attractions was less than fifteen minutes away.
