Downtown Views, Convenient Location Nice sized room. However, room was dusty and tub did not drain. Convenient/terrific location to Music City Center. Kitchen Notes overpriced ($86 for breakfast for 2 adults 2 children). Staff was exceptional (front desk, housekeeping, restaurant, valet, coffee shop, etc.)!! Kids loved the salt water pool! Comfortable beds. Must ask for microwave if needed, but staff provided immediately at check in.

Great location and best Pool in DT Nashville Pros: Great location (2 blocks off Broadway, so you could get there quickly, but not hear all the music and people all night) Well appointed rooms Great staff Largest pool (we looked at Westin, Joseph, and surrounding pools…and this had the most capacity. At one point on Saturday early afternoon, they had to shut down entrance because their were too many people. It was 90+ out. But when we got there after 4pm for a quick dip after sweating on a peddle tavern, it was still packed.) Neutral: We never ate at the restaurant, so we don’t have an opinion.

Awesome visit ! This hotel visit was awesome! What a beautiful hotel! The lobby, the rooms, the service , the restaurants , were over the top excellent , all beautiful and so clean. My visit here was perfect. I will definitely return.

This hotel is a joke for this money ! For such a high rates per night you expect more , room was dusty, bathroom shower had a lot of hair on the walls and floor , no room service and next day we figured out our room was never cleaned, no fresh towels , soaps or shampoos wasn’t provided. On the top you paying big $$ for valet parking and$ 10 per night for WiFi , what a joke!!

Beautiful hotel but lacking in customer service! Beautiful hotel and great location but TERRIBLE customer service and loud construction! We were woken every morning by loud construction right above our head. I talked to the manager about moving rooms. He said he would call me but never did. Also, I understand that during Covid there is no maid service but I had to call 5 times to request towels which never came. I finally went down to the lobby and got towels from the front desk and brought them up to our room myself. We stay at Omni’s all over the country and stay at Omni because of the wonderful experience. Not at this hotel! I really hope they get their act together!
