Comfort Inn & Suites Nashville Downtown – Stadium

Wonderful Place to Stay The staff were very friendly, they would go out of their way to help us with anything they could. Our room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, the continental breakfast was good every morning (usually different breakfast meat each morning). We loved the fact this hotel was close to the stadium, since we were going to a concert (couldn’t walk straight across like we had planned, they are building a new stadium, but was able to do a short maybe 3/4 to mile walk around). We enjoyed the indoor pool, and the fact that the hotel has a shuttle to downtown (Monday-Thursday they drop you off at 1st and Broadway, Friday and Saturday they drop off at Bobs Steak and Chop House on 5th Ave. shuttle runs from 9am-9pm, 9am-5pm runs every hour, after 5pm runs every 30 minutes) Mr. Willie and Mr. Reza were really great at driving the shuttle, Mr. Reza gave us some directions to a nearby Dollar General, needed to pick up a few things. Even if you didn’t take the shuttle it is just about a 10 minute walk across the pedestrian bridge to downtown.

Great stay They have a shuttle that takes you to Broadway, nice quiet hotel, good location, minutes to downtown, guitar pool, rooms are really nice and roomy. Staff were great. Have to pay for parking and the elevator was tiny. Great breakfast. Definitely would stay here again.

Awesome This morning we had breakfast and it was amazing and just loved Vivian our breakfast host. Yes the food was the normal hotel variety, but whatever she does with the eggs, gravy, and te biscuits made them taste like we made them at home.. everything was clean and made it a very nice breakfast. She Rocks!! The location was perfect not far from Broadway. The room wasn't bad either.

We’ll stay at another hotel next time. The front desk staff were very friendly & nice. The hotel could use some updating & a deep cleaning all around. We stayed in room 212 & one of the chairs was very worn. Our room overlooked the pool & the stairs to the pool were right outside of our room. Between the pool & highway traffic, it was noisy. A group decided to go for a swim at 3 am, but the front desk was quick to let them know the pool was closed after I called. The free continental breakfast was nice, but had limited choices for those who are gluten free in our group. Overall it was fine for the one night we stayed, but I would choose another hotel next time we’re in Nashville.

Terrible service, Disgusting hotel & Unfriendly staff. Booked this online for myself and 4 others. Arrived at hotel got checked all seemed good until it wasn't. Got into the room and it stank of an unknown smell, consulted with front desk staff about said smell and they said there was nothing they could do as they had no other rooms which couldn't of been true as I had originally booked 3 rooms but ended up only needing 2 as we cancelled the 3rd when we arrived. Was told to come back in the morning when housekeeping was in and they would accommodate a change in room. Next morning went to reception and asked about change in room and was promised a room when I came back from my day away as housekeeping was still working. Came back and was greeted by a ignorant woman at front desk who shouted at me that she was expecting me to come first thing in the morning not half way through the day to get a room change. In which I told her I had already spoke to someone this morning and was told to come back this afternoon when housekeeping was finished. She then huffed and puffed whilst telling me there was no rooms to then she found a room available in which I asked to see before agreeing to move and she rudely told me that wasn't happening. Asked said woman to come and smell the room in which I was staying in and she said no she wasn't smelling no room, at this point the other worker and the desk came to smell the room and he was disgusted to learn that we where made sleep in this room the previous night and told us the smell smelt like dead mice. When we got moved to the new room we went in and it was crawling with ants. Ants everywhere !! Decided there was no point trying to fight with the rude girl at the reception anymore. Breakfast was also terrible went at 9.30 for breakfast with very little food left and no refills where being provided,Would not be back and would not recommend to anyone!
