WORST CONDO OWNERS EVER! I wish we could give negative stars. The condo owners of Beach Colony East 9A decided to cancel our reservation because they wanted to for that weekend. The money had already been taken from our account. I guess their "real-time" calendar means jack. This so-called "host" f@#$d a family get-away. Now my money is tied up and I was told it could take 5 business days to get it back. That means I can't rent anything else for the holiday because these jokers decided to take it upon themselves to cancel a confirmed, paid-in-full rental. This was my first experience with vacasa and Vrbo and my last. The fact they can break a paid rental at a whim is appalling. I would never, EVER rent from these owners again. If you use these buffoons, just know they can and WILL cancel your vacation at their convenience.

Construction East Building Our owner told us 20 minutes before getting here there would be construction and our balcony is blocked by a plastic cover. We are unable to see over our balcony. If we had known we had no ocean view we could have booked elsewhere. Please be aware! We are not allowed to move plastic. We have been to Destin and Ft Walton Beach and have never ran into no ocean view that we paid for and jack hammers from 8-5 all day. Awful experience and unethical to not let us know. We ran into an owner who told us construction would be going on most of the summer and the owners should have told us as they have know for a while. Many unhappy vacationers here.

Always Return We have stayed here for many weekly visits. Location on the beach is excellent. Stunning views. The condo we rent that we enjoy offers very nice patio furniture which can vary from unit to unit, and a must to be included is the two beach chairs and umbrella for the week. Some don't offer this, but it's must have! Navarre is a welcome change over Destin. Quieter without all the crowds!! We love Navarre!!! We love Beach Colony. It's one of our top top happy places. Would live here hands down if we could. Highly highly recommend Beach Colony!!

Stay in condo but avoid Luxury Coastal Vacations While I absolutely loved the condo we stayed in (Beach Colony Tower 9A), we will NEVER go through LCV again. We paid for a 7 night stay and 3 nights in we had to evacuate because of Hurricane Sally. LCV refused to give a refund or even a credit for the remaining 4 nights. No we did not take out the insurance, but after reading the policy, it would not have mattered because the evacuation was voluntary and not mandatory. Had we stayed we would have endangered out lives, had to stay in a condo with no power or water and had damage to our truck from the floods. We had inquired before evacuating if we could get a credit and one girl told us that she could ask the owners but when we called back to tell them that we were leaving the next woman was very unfriendly and told us it was against policy to issue a refund or credit. What kind of company has a policy like that?!? I refuse to ever do business with a company that puts money over the lives of their guests, especially when the Governor of their state is requesting that all non-residents leave! Not only will I never use LCV again, but I plan to let everyone I know about their business practice. We travel to the gulf 3 or 4 times a year and have never dealt with people like this!

Beach Penthouse 2B is BEAUTIFUL! This is a must-go-to spot for the most stunning view on the beach. This penthouse is flawless and beautiful! Gone Coastal Property Management some of the best rentals on the emerald coast and the owners make your experience seamless and magical!
