No return Will not return. Door very hard to shut in room, faucet handles leaked, dirty/rusty shower bar, NO hand soap for washing hands!!!, safe broken, chair squeaky. Pro : you can walk into town Front desk afternoon gal wore a very wrinkled shirt which to me doesn’t show professionalism.

Great staff I stayed at this hotel for a business trip and had a great experience. The view from my room was amazing, and the staff was very accommodating. The room was spacious and had everything I needed. I highly recommend this hotel for business travelers.

Are you sure this is a Hilton ? Poor Wendy at the front desk all alone checking in numerous guests . The TV in my 1st room was secure to the wall but very loose . My 3rd weekend here and it is always noisy from the hallway. There is a lot of space around the door that allows noise and lighting . All of the people that work here are really nice, but the rooms are not .

Exactly as expected I will always stay at the doubletree when visiting my family - Staff were friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and everything was working as expected. This hotel has a ton going for it!!! I am sure they will remain a successful cornerstone of downtown Neenah's hotel needs for years and years to come.

Overnight stay Perfect location and beds were comfy which is very important. But, this hotel could be so much more with a little sprucing up. Staff was accommodating and we loved the complimentary cookie. Right next door to a brewery and a bourbon bar! Thanks
