Housekeeping Issue-Hairs in bed Not a good experience at the Holiday Inn Express New Berlin. Long hairs were found on our sheets and also between the sheets and mattress pad. Anyone making the bed could see them.. made us wonder how clean the room really was! Called front desk and got new clean sheets that we put on ourselves. (Front desk employee offered to do bed but it was very late and he was the only one there). The next day we had the Do Not Disturb sign on door and they came into the room and remade bed without asking us. We were told we would get points added to our IHG account for the hairs in bed problem but still 2 months later no points added after numerous calls to front desk manager. Was told manager Tom would call but that has not happened either.

Best Hotel Stay Ever After reading reviews we decided to book here. It did not disappoint. It was just like all the other Holiday Inn’s we have stayed at but what put it over the top was how clean the room was and how comfortable the bed was. My wife use to be a house keeper so we always check everything as soon as we step in the room. For her to be blown away it takes a lot. This place did it for her. We had a room that faced the interstate and u would have never known. It was quite inside our room. When we visit Milwaukee again this will be our go to place to stay outside of the city.

Will stay again. What a pleasant surprise. The rooms were spotless. Beds - the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in. Breakfast was amazing. They have a pancake machine that made 2 DELICIOUS pancakes (and I'm not a pancake person). So much better than the messy waffle makers. The staff were helpful and friendly. Very nice hotel.

Very Good except for..... Josh at the front desk was very accommodating and the breakfast had everything one could want except half n half. The rooms were comfortable though I don't really like seeing 4 pillows on a bed. Does the hard working person who cleans actually have to change 8 pillows? I was surprised that in this day and age there was not one HMDI outlet...

Clean and great staff. Good place to stay. Clean and very little chemical smells. The staff was great, especially Carol at the front desk. All other area were good. I would stay here again. The breakfast was good and the area was kept clean and well stocked. Fresh bananas and apples were great.
