schlitterbaun-always great family fun We always stay in the park making it very convenient. It's truly a wonderful, fun fun fun family place for all ages. Young and old can enjoy all of the fun activities. Check in very easy and fast. We enjoy all of the water rides!

Great family place! We had a great time, very clean and super friendly staff, our room was by the river, so if you love nature as I do, definitely stay in one of those rooms, we even got to ride back to our room in the employee shuttle bus, will definitely be back.

FIRST TIME DISAPPOINTED IN 35 YEARS ! PROBABLY WON'T BE BACK! Server down at check in Too long of wait to get into room Rooms clean, Bathrooms remodeled nice (Henry house) Most of old park shut down Nothing open for younger ones Resort guests walk thru hot gravel lot for entry. Grandson left early for burned feet! Shuttle driver said it's faster to walk! Kitchen not equipped like before. No coffee mugs, baking pans, wine glasses Office would tell you a ride is open at other park and it wasn't (Dragon's Revenge) NO ARCADE Shut down 2 years ago, very disappointing!! Most employee's were nice, just didn't seem to know much!

Don't buy their photos!! We bought a picture, and through an unfortunate series of events we lost the qr code. There is not a way to retrieve the already paid for and much desired shot of the day. Spoke to two people, and unless we can find our wrist bands, we are out of luck. This is even though they keep the image for 30 days. This and the general disorganization for the distribution of inner tunes for the rides is enough for us to spend our $350 for the day elsewhere next time.

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME - Rent a tube and float the Comal River We bought tickets online. SB advertises that they limit how many people enter. Limit the number at 1000 bodies to one slide maybe. It’s easy for an engineer to determine how many people per hour a ride can accommodate. These rides were 10x’s over capacity. 1-2 hour lines. Absolutely unethical to advertise you limit capacity and then allow such enormous crowds that line lengths allow for about five rides per day if you can bare to spend hours in long lines in 100 degree weather. What a scam.
