Stay somewhere else Very dated hotel. Hotel staff seemed friendly. However, I called the front desk about 10am and I requested towel and sheet service, she told me since I’m only here two nights they don’t do that and told me to find a maid cart and get my own towels. After politely pointing out I was a customer, she said she would take care of it. I was surprised when I returned to my room at 4pm it never happened. The 5pm staff at the front desk did apologize and at least gave me towels. When paying summer prices, which are very high for a holiday inn, the service should match. Price paid for value received was not good.

Good location Check in was good. Staff was friendly. Location was good-right off the highway. Room was as expected. Breakfast was normal hotel fare. Coffee was not to our liking. We had to drive into town to eat. We ate at Casey’s-which was decent. A unique place..

Nice stay but needs some updates Nice stay and comfortable bed. Hotel needs some updating. Ac unit was a touch loud when It turned on and a couple of the bathroom tiles fell off in the bathroom while I was there. Wallpaper in bathroom was showing signs of serious deterioration. Breakfast was good but chairs at tables were a little rickety and felt like they could break at anytime. Workers were very nice and helpful. Good rate for a one night stay

Very satisfied with the holiday Inn express express. Room are clean and quiet. I got a great night's sleep. The breakfast buffet was also clean and well organized. I didn't feel rushed. They kitchen staff made sure there was no shortage of food. It was very convenient from the 4 winds casino. much better rates too.

same as it ever was In the dunes area again, I prefer to stay in Michigan City since I spend most of my time there, however this hotel is cheaper as it usually is. They actually had breakfast but other than that it’s about the same as my previous reviews.
