Water leak Week after Water leak damaged my work computer and wet my clothes still no calls for any body. I always stayed at this hotel when i travel to work in Maryland but this time was the worst time ever. The staff told me that someone will give me a call that same day but no. I was force to take a different hotel. I guess we will meet in court at this point.

Avoid this hotel terrible experience. Dirty, old hotel with wacky elevator and bad breakfast. No microwave, dirty bedsheets. The front desk staff are terrible especially Anna, she is heartless and mean. The amount she charged my credit card was much than the receipt she gave me.

The gist have been given in the review Everything about the hotel is not worth the price, no microwave, no room services, just nothing, and the two receptionist that worked the day I checked in were the worst I have ever met in any hotel I have been to, such people shouldn't be working as receptionist, they were literally laughing at us when we ask some questions may be to them sounds stupid, I felt very humiliated, the management of that hotel should please have them work in any other department and not where they are presently

Perfect Stay Mu husband and I visited this hotel this past weekend for my mother in law's funeral. The staff was amazing and the rooms were well cleaned. We really enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately, I left my blanket that was very sentimental to me. Wonder if it could be mailed? If so, then I'll cover the shipping cost. Attached is a picture of my blanket.

None of the advertised amenities available Hotel website says "free breakfast" ... staff says doesn't exist. They won't even acknowledge it is on their website. Hotel says shuttle, they say "it is down" ... won't say when it went down or when it comes back. Front desk lady doesn't care. Business center ... she says it is "under renovation". Trip advisor needs to immediately downgrade from 3 star. I have stayed at 2 state with bed quality furnishings and service.
