Quick stop on the road Check in was quick and friendly which was appreciated since we had been driving awhile at night..room is clean and beds are comfy. I was surprised there is no refrigerator or microwave and only one chair in a room for two people, but ok. The room was pleasantly quiet.

RUN- HORRIBLE - UNSAFE I came here to warn others to avoid this property at all costs. I am a reward member, and could stay for FREE. Upon getting off the elevator on floor 7, I immediately FELT unsafe and then when I got to the room, my first thoughts were " it feels like a crack house". The bathroom was not pleasant and the shower had mold. My 4 night stay was booked for FREE but I left after the first night, canceled the remaining nights and went to a new hotel, and PAID $140 a night. FREE wasn't even keeping me there! DO NOT STAY HERE!! Side note: they refused to give back my reward points that I had booked with, this is how they treat reward members at this property.( heads up to other members) I do suggest The New Haven Hotel !!! Very Safe and wonderful rooms _

Superb service and nice, quiet hotel on the waterfront. Nice and clean hotel with good waterfront view. Check-in was flawless and fast. The front desk manager was extremely helpful and tried her best to make customers happy. Room is spacious and clean. Only complaint is the elevator: it's old and slow, stops at almost every single floor on its own!

Stay away Most disgusting hotel ever. Filled with what appear to be people on drugs and with mental issues. Cracks in walls, sinks and tubs. Poorly cleaned. Lackluster service and greeting by front desk. The neighborhood is very sketchy. Stay away.

Poor service Rooms and the rest of the hotel areas are all right, although the washbasin tap in my room didn't work properly. The worst thing is the service that is really poor and the manners of some of the guys at the reception, even displeasant. The best thing is obiously the price.
