Very pet friendly This is the fourth time I’ve stayed at the New Haven hotel for work and every time has been a pleasure. The hotel is super clean, always smells nice and the front desk people are very friendly and accommodating to me and my dog. The hotel is very dog friendly which is awesome.

Great hotel for nearby hospitals This place was amazing! We were visiting a loved one in the hospital so we were having a tough day. Sulav and the staff took extra care to make sure our stay was comfortable and rejuvenating. Highly recommend this hotel if you have loved ones in the hospital. Great stay, great amenities.

Great spot in New Haven We liked the ease of parking and the skybridge to the hotel. Super secure and easy to use. Staff was always helpful and friendly. Big lobby with high ceilings allowed for the noise of other people to dissipate and the ready access to plug in all our devices was convenient. The room was comfortable and we loved the pull-out desk. Needed up-to-date USB plug ins (our room had none). Had plenty of room for our three-night stay. Only beef was the noisy fan and toilet in the bathroom. The style and noise did not match the vibe of the place and seemed out of place. Otherwise, we were close to Yale and some excellent restaurants. Good choice.

Lovely hotel close to Yale We stayed at this hotel twice and loved it. Very comfortable, friendly, very close to the University and cafes, restaurants. The hotel has parking adjacent and you reach it by crossing overground bridge connected to the hotel, very helpful in rainy weather. You have to pay extra for it and you can pay extra on the day you check out, wjch we found very convenient. We will be back many times, for sure.

Great Location and Comfortable Stay We enjoyed our short stay here. The location was perfect. The extremely large lobby gives the place a classy vibe. Our room was clean, bathroom was nicely updated. The bed was very comfortable and the bedding and towels were good quality. We would definitely stay here again but next time would request a room with a better view.
