WHO WOULD ACTUALLY GIVE THIS PLACE A 5?????? Property was old, unkempt and dirty, and terribly neglected. We checked in prior to a wedding in New Hope and were given a ground floor room facing parking lot. First observation was a funky wet carpet diarrhea smell. We returned immediately to the front desk to change rooms and were stuck with an addl $100.00 to move up to 3rd floor facing the pool. Room was better bigger (being a suite) but still dinjy and neglected. The suite furniture was peeling and old so badly that they just flipped the cushions over! The only saving grace was the bed, which was actually comfortable. I would NOT stay here again and pray for anyone that will in the future.

What in the world? We attended an event in Bucks County and the hotel was one of the chosen properties for guests. We were shocked when we walked into our room and saw the condition inside! The inn seems to be a former motel with the rooms facing outside. The stairs and walkways to the rooms are old and rundown looking but the cute pool area made us hopeful……until we entered our accommodations. The room was extremely worn and the decor should have been replaced long ago. The first thing I noticed upon entry was the damaged lamp shade and then the daylight that was coming in under the door to the room. I turned the water on at the sink and the faucet was coming off its base. The couch in our suite was so worn that we did not sit on it….the cushions had been turned over in hopes of making it presentable! We needed an extra blanket but did not use it because it was thrown onto the closet shelf with some sheets. In fairness the beds seemed clean because I carefully checked them and they were comfortable. The air conditioning worked well but the unit was extremely loud when it cycled on and off. The Inn did provide breakfast and the young man working there was very accommodating and the front lobby employees all seemed friendly. I don’t think we have ever stayed in an establishment that was more in need of complete refurbishment and we were very happy and relieved when we checked out.

Do Not Choose New Hope Inn and Suites My friend and I stayed in this hotel for a brief weekend stay, expecting a positive experience. Unfortunately, that experience ended at the front desk, where the staff were consistently friendly and responsive. Everyone else was unconcerned about issues which arose. The hotel manager “Juan,” sales department, and another administrator “Paul” were absolutely unresponsive and could care less about the leaking bathroom sink, malfunctioning refrigerator, absent phone, and non-working air conditioning, resulting in a sleepless night. I left several messages while I was still there and MANY after I left, and ZERO responses were received. Nothing gets this hotel to care about your stay. I even had to file a credit card dispute for the hotel’s failure to provide services paid for. CHOOSE ANOTHER HOTEL AND DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME WRITING ABOUT THE POOR QUALITY OF THIS ONE.

Mediocre Motel Photos on here & Hotels.com are deceiving. This place is a run down MOTEL. Entrance to all rooms is from outside walkways which are covered in soot of some kind, and the easiest way to get between floors is stairs. It’s a confusing layout. Furniture is all plastic and pleather. Our sofa was disintegrating, and their solution was to flip the cushions to hide it. Caulk around tub was separating, corners were dusty, cabinetry was all scratched up and worn. I could feel the springs in the mattress. We were in town for a wedding, and they refused to accommodate an early check in so we could make the ceremony on time. So we ended up checking in at 10:30 at night, having to walk outside in the rain up 2 flights of stairs because the elevator wouldn’t come. We woke up and left without showering because I was afraid of getting some kind of foot fungus. Definitely not worth the $300/night that they’re squeezing people visiting the local wedding venues for.

Just ok! Bed and pillows were comfy. Room was clean enough. The hotel itself had the weirdest set up. Seems no matter where you went in the place you had to use stairs. Not easy when you have luggage. There was an elevator, but it didn't accomodate the floor we stayed on. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. I probably wouldn't stay again due to all the stairs.
