Solid Hotel This hotel does just about everything well. The room is clean and everything is in good repair. The front desk people were warm and very helpful. It’s just a short walk to the French Quarter, but far enough away to be away from all the madness. The courtyard is a great place to have morning coffee or just to go out to sit and relax.

We will not be back Not clean, terrible breakfast, the hotel architecture is nice and the location is good but the room was not clean, breakfast not good, and it is not a cheap hotel so I will not be back. We took it thinking that Best Western was a guaranty but it was not.

Great value! We had a great visit. Hotel was clean, staff was gracious and friendly. Location is wonderful in the French Quarter adjacent to Armstrong Park the availability of an onsite secured parking garage is a tremendous plus. Yes, it costs to use it. Well worth it! One note for handicapped guests using a scooter: hotel is older and the elevators are small. Get a first floor room or leave the scooter in the lobby. Overall a terrific hotel! Great value., too!

Great Place Prior to booking we looked around a lot. I am so happy we booked with Best Western French Quarters. We were within a 10 min walk to Jackson Square, and 3 min walk to Bourbon street. For activities further away we had hotel pick up. For the hotel itself it was clean, lovely, comfortable, and staffed with some of the most kind and welcoming people. Every single one including maintenance was very helpful.
