It was alright This is an old hotel in a convenient location at a good price. Our room and the hallways definitely need some refreshing. The hallway was very musty and the room was in need of refreshing. The bed was okay, but I wish I had brought my own pillow. The ones in the room were like cement. Overall everything was fine and the staff were nice. I wouldn’t rush to go back, but I would t tell you not to stay there

Yearly trip with my daughter We loved New Orleans and the Dauphine Orleans so much in 2023 that we came back in 2024. Everyone is so friendly and wanting to make your stay the best ever. Really enjoyed talking with everyone and learning about the history.

I would just pick another hotel.. The room is OK there is major public issues with your shower water rising, which then makes your shower not even worth it. we also had plumbing issues with our sink which is absolutely uncalled for! As I guess I would would recommend staying somewhere else that has working plumbing and good service!

Could Be Better This hotel needs a serious face lift. It is exactly the same as when I first visited in 2001. Everything is just plain old grungy.
