It’s the people that make all the difference Amazing service from the dining staff, and particular Sheryl and Willard. They went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect and did so with a smile! These are amazing employees who deserve to be recognized. Thank you again for making sure I had coffee :-)

Needs serious revamping This hotel is extremely outdated with deteriorating infrastructure. Last time I was here was in 2019 and nothing has changed. The TV’s and cable TV offerings are a joke. Not up to Hilton standards. The only reason I am here is because of the conference.

Pretty average, with staff who were not interested in good service. Would never stay here again, due to numerous reasons, mostly due to awful service and staff not really caring in any way whether someone is happy with their stay. We were charged twice for the parking and Daily Mandatory Destination Charge, despite not being told by the reception when we checked in that we needed to pay it or what it is? We are overseas visitors so it would have been useful to tell us what this additional charge was for. We used the hotel self parking only to be told we couldn't use hotel trolleys to carry our luggage from the car, so it was a long trip to take the luggage into and out of the hotel. Being told by the concierge that it is a "full service" hotel is just a ruse to get more tips out of people, I am perfectly content to push my own luggage, it seems that Hilton have decided (in this hotel) that I am not qualified to do so. We paid in advance for the room via our holiday provider, but were not provided a bill upon check out, it's pretty tricky to find an email online to contact them to ask for one. I have 4 payments/refunds on my credit card for a 2 night stay and have no way to easily contact them to ask if and when the charges might settle. Room was nice but the bathroom was outdated and tired, and didn't have a night light option so wasted electricity all night keeping the fan and light on for a child. Recycling bins would also be good for the environment. At the time the whole of NOLA was overtaken by a religious gathering and it was obvious who the staff at the hotel were interested in and it wasn't us. I had to take it into my own hands at 11.35pm when children were running up and down the corridors shouting and screaming. Just what you expect from a religious convention, people who show no respect for others. Not the fault of the hotel, but maybe you could have put people of the same mindset in a similar area of the hotel. Have stayed in a few Hiltons this year,I am a hilton Honours member, but none as average as this one, I will think long and hard about my next stay and which chain I will stay in next time.

100/10 CORLEY THE BEST Corley at the front desk was very helpful and also very knowledgeable and informative in terms of everything there is to know about the property and surrounding areas. Also, the remaining staff had a very calm, professional, and friendly demeanor overall. This property is definitely mind blowing and we plan to stay again!

Beautiful but way too pricey with hidden fees when arriving. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and I recommend a riverside king room for stays! Beautiful view. Very clean, however, the hotel stay charge does not include amenities charge or parking. They should include amenities within the price you pay for. I understand the parking, but amenities should be including and not an extra daily fee. Spent a fortune on the room itself and when I purchased a free breakfast package, they told me it was not included. So just beware of a price gouging!
