Decent two-week stay in New Orleans The bathtub and refrigerator were dated, but the suite was kept clean by the housekeeping staff. The hotel is also in a prime location--within walking distance to the French Quarter but not so close to hear the mayhem at night. Suggestions: o Provide higher kitchen chairs. The table was too high in comparison to the chairs. o Provide better lighting in living room area for reading. o Train all front staff to be more knowledgeable about the neighborhood and friendly. When I asked the front desk attendant about local shipping stores (turned out there were 3 within walking distance), she said I'd have to Google it and went back to looking at her phone.

The BEST Hotel in New Orleans Downtown The BEST Hotel in New Orleans and ai have stayed at other Hotels in the area. Javonna and Tania in the front desk are amazing. They are very professional, friendly and care about their customers. They both have made me feel like I am at home. Thank You Javoona and Tania. If you are in the New Orleans area, come experience the great service, from the breakfast to the valet parking, the best of New Orleas at the Homewood Suites at 901 Podyras Street.

I am coming back This will be my home away from home hotel This place was so nice, so clean. The food was great. Jonny Robert was soooooo friendly and Sabrina was great as well 2 very helpful. Gave me great place to go and told great get something to eat, and they gave me hilton points This will be my home away from home hotel every time I come to new orleans

Hotel ambassador experience I met with Johnny Roberts, the hotel ambassador who was very attentive answered all my questions and gave me great suggestions... The breakfast was good and staff was friendly. I look forward to going on vacation here again. I will tell my friends and family about my great experience.
