NEEDS REFRESH Insufficient staff. Look tired. Breakfast for good; service was excellent.. Our room was 3rd floor up 26 steps to gallery. Difficult location if you have baggage and it's self serve.

Nice hotel great place and close to main attractions. Quaint place, lovely courtyard. Short walk to several places to eat. Friendly staff!

Do not recommend this hotel, our experience was horrible, not stying again. Hotel decided to host a party at the hotel that ran until 11:30 pm. Lot’s of people yelling screaming, live band in the center courtyard. It was like the band was in bed with us. When I complained was told “they paid a lot of money for this”. Then was told the only thing I could do would be to change you into another room and all they had was a suite. The front desk then said “my management would not let me do that”. It is obvious they do not care about the guest experience. That being said location was great, staff was very helpful and friendly, I do not blame them for the inconvenience this hotel put their guests in. It would have been nice to have known about this party.

Not that great. Great spot though very noisey. Room not serviced during stay. Toilet leaked. Breakfast food and staff terrific.
