THE STATE OF THE ART ACCOMODATIONS IN NEW ORLEANS I have never felt more pleased to enter a hotel as I do on walking into the Monteleone. Quite simply the jewel of hotels in New Orleans. The staff?? Excellent, personable, and so worthy of the gratuities their professionalism deserves. The accomodations? My wife and I were so impressed one year with the comfort of our bed, we asked the concierge the brand of mattress. He immediately told us(in a manner saying he was often asked) , and upon returning home ordered one. The food? After decades of visiting the Crescent City & having both business contacts and lifetime friendships of those living there, I have never had a better meal in their Criollo restaurant, and precious few as good. This, in a city reknown for its restaurants. Give The Monteleone all the rating stars one can--- it is always a pleasure. 'Laissez les bons temps rouler', to say the least!

A great experience We had an awesome experience at Hotel Montelone. Everybody was super nice and helpful. They had plenty of advice on places to eat and things to do. Mike Weir was very helpful in that regard. And I especially want to compliment Kathy in the dining area. My sister and I had breakfast there and Kathy was particularly friendly and helpful.

Classic well run and family friendly hotel in the French Quarter! Great hotel in the French Quarter! Our first time visit with teenage children and as parents we didn’t want to be in a bad situation! It’s a classy hotel which is family friendly! Great service and we had a renovated room! You can walk to anywhere in the French Quarter and easily get to the central business district. We drove and so parking was accessible via valet and the team worked so hard. The rooftop pool is a nice touch and the team up there are great. The front door porters are wonderful and friendly. You’ll get sleep at night without the Bourbon St noise but just know it gets busy around that area in the evenings. I’d definitely stay again!

Go see Khiya at Aqua Bella Our stay here was great overall as always. They have a roster full of star employees but on this particular trip I'd like to point out the service provided by Khiya at Aqua Bella, their rooftop pool. She was so attentive, engaging and funny. She is definitely good at what she does and we will be back to visit her sooner than later. Keep up the good work.

Comfortably elegant The accommodations were immaculate and well appointed! The bed was comfortable and the pillows.,.Very fluffy! My only complaint was a light under the bed which turned off and on all night! You had no control over it. The staff was super friendly! Helpful hint call for your vehicle an hour before you are ready to leave, enjoy!!
