Great Hotel in French Quartet Very nice experience. Room was big, light and clean. Helpful, friendly staff with great recommendations. Nice balcony overlooking street action. Pool was very comfortable in a pleasant and relaxing courtyard. Bar and food available with great happy hour. Location within walking distance in French Quarter.

Fabulous weekend! Loved staying at this hotel, great service, comfortable bed, great shower, balcony room overlooking street, quiet, great location, charming, beautiful courtyard with pool, restaurant, just lovely and can't wait to stay here again!!!

Anniversary Very convenient to Bourbon Street. Staff very friendly. I liked the court side balconies. Will consider in future travels. Very clean. It would have been nice to have an in-room fridge, but this was a minor inconvenience. Very quiet. Within walking distance to restaurants, Jackson square, shopping and entertainment.

Accolades to Alicia To the Hotel Management, I wanted to let you know what a pleasant experience I recently had with Alicia regarding a reservation issue. Alicia was professional, friendly, and most importantly, knew exactly what to do to fix the problem. She is certainly customer-first and should be recognized for her capabilities and definitely her approach to a problem. I have worked in a similar environment and have nearly 40 years of customer service experience. So I understand being on the other end of a phone call, or across the desk, from a stressed out customer. Reactions are important. Thank you, Alicia, for going above and beyond.

Amazing Hotel and Staff The staff is amazing! Everyone is so helpful and friendly. We felt like we’d known them forever! The hotel is gorgeous! Great food, and the drinks were spot on! The beds were comfortable and the rooms were big and clean! We will definitely stay here again!
